Staff did well taking care of us and our needs:-). Traveling with our golden retriever and they took care of her also. Overall good place with good people! August 3, 2014

It rang for over 25 times and when I tried again it happen again. I do not like to use the 800 number, because it is hard to talk to someone that their English is easy to understand. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Guest Service It's called Hospitality! Arrived at 4AM after being stuck behind a terrible traffic jam due to an accident. Upon arrival, I stood at the desk for over 5 mins without anyone coming out to greet and check me in. I was coughing loudly and yelled out "Hello" a few times but still nothing. I then called the main hotel number to get someone on the phone. The front desk rep came out from the back and acted as if I was bothering her for trying to check in. She told me three times that she didn't have me in the system for a reservation and challenged me about whether I had the correct hotel. At this point, I was very tired and just not in the mood but I kept my cool and showed her a screen shot of the reservation confirmation. She found it and handed me my room key and hurriedly went into the back to resume whatever it was she was doing prior to my arrival. Very similar treatment at check out. No smiles, no "Welcome", no "Thank you for staying here" at check out, or "Please Come back again." I will not be staying at this hotel again. July 26, 2014

She gave a family a map and told them what was interesting to see. She asked me about my family who were looking for a house to buy. Her motherly care was so heart-warming. The hotel was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a range of options. What stood out for me most- was the curteous, knowledgable staff, who exhibited a core focus on quality, which was consistent and valued. I chose it again for it's cleanliness/good customer service and I was not disappointed with my recent stay. The employee who runs the breakfast area does a very good job - everything is clean and well stocked - hot breakfast items were hot - the coffee was very good! The hotel rooms were clean and room service was efficient. We also enjoyed the pool area although it was not open for the first two days of our stay. The ice maker was broken on our floor so we had to travel to another floor to get ice. This hotel is in very close proximity to shopping and a variety of restaurants. July 20, 2014

The staff are excellent and the rooms, bed and pillows are inviting and comfortable. My son and his family recently moved to VA, and the Richmond Northwest I-64 location will most likely be my 'home away from home' whenever I visit them. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No complaints Everything one would expect was done, and done well. Comfortable beds, attractive rooms, easily-located electrical outlets, and so forth. The breakfast was good. The internet worked very well. The only thing I want is a slightly lower room rate, but I traveled last minute on a holiday weekend, so I guess I should just be happy I found a very nice place to stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay I called at about 1 to inquire about an early check-in and was told that the room probably wouldn't be available until closer to 3. I asked if I could call back in an hour to check again (I was in town for a wedding and wanted to check in before the rehearsal/dinner) and I was told that "it would be 3 in an hour anyways". I told the girl no, it would be 2 at that time. She then reiterated that it would be closer to 3 when the room was ready. I showed up at about 2:15 or so as I was nearby and spoke with a different front desk agent who said my room was available and I was able to check in. Everything else was great, except I didn't feel like the AC was blowing cold air on the second night. June 24, 2014

This is second stay where there has been a loud noise coming from either the equipment room or the A/C. Have stayed here several times in the last 2 years. From the very beginning, every staff person was friendly and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, roomy, and very well appointed. First time EVER that I have had an AC unit that was so quiet you couldn't even hear it running, and it had a thermostat on it so we weren't having to constantly turn it off or on. The free breakfasts were awesome and included choices like we have not seen in such a setting. All in all, an exceptional experience from start to finish! June 8, 2014
