lots of parking is an asset for guests with a car, this is a problem with other hotels in Richmond, and impossible or too expensive in downtown Vancouver.

Stayed for two nights at end of three week visit to Canada. Quiet situation with excellent shuttle service to airport that can be used to access Skytrain for transport to downtown Vancouver.
Large new comfortable suite with fridge/freezer microwave pots and pans etc. Could easily self cater for a few days.
Staff very helpful, explaining public transport, providing change for buses etc. A little short on reception staff when we checked in but they worked hard to efficiently clear the short queue.
Bill provided by early morning so easy to check it (and raise queries if needed-we didn't) before going to check out. I really liked that as it is irritating to find something wrong after checkout.

The hotel was very acceptable, but given Vancouver traffic, it took at least twenty minutes to get into the city.

Great front desk staff attentive to travelers.
Close to places to eat.
Quiet area no airplanes overhead.
Had a great stay for only one night

Stayed for a week on business. The full breakfast buffet let me get a good meal before starting my day without having to run to a restaurant. And the variety kept me from getting bored.

Very impressed that the guys services manager, T. Meyer, called us before our stay to offer a better room...and created a package of information about the area for us. Other staff were lovely and the hotel itself seems very new and fresh. A great stay!
