The staff were very attentive and every need was taken care of immediately. The breakfast changed slightly every day so did not get boring with an excellent selection. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy. January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable and inviting I used to travel frequently and had several stays at this location. On one of these occasions I was able to make part of my tri a vacation with my wife and we started from here on arrival before touring BC. As anticipated the staff were very kind and inviting on check in and we went to our room. I managed to excuse myself for a short time and had been given a little direction (help) to the closest store to buy a bottle of champagne by the front desk. They also helped with a couple of handy wine glasses on hand so I could surprise my wife with a nice kick off to our tour. We did have a great time and appreciated their help in getting it off on the right foot, that is what I came to acknowledge from them on a consistent basis. January 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Restaurant The only complaint that I have with the hotel is that there isn't an on-site restaurant, so of course, no room service. I prefer not to have to go out for meals, or have them delivered. But, at least there were several choices of nearby restaurants that deliver. January 22, 2015

I needed a room for a night for a connecting flight so I chose this hotel again since we were so pleased the first time. I was not disappointed. The only reason I rated the value a little low was because I checked in very late and checked out very early and didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities available to me. January 20, 2015
