The hotel is located in a quiet area of Richmond, away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to center Vancouver and areas. Nearby is a mall, markets, and ample restaurants. Hotel is quiet, clean, has good service and FREE parking. We had a suite with a stocked kitchenette and a full size fridge- a bonus. With four adults, we had ample space and able to relax after a busy day site seeing. We were fortunate that we had the electrical room on one side and only one neighbour, so the room was quiet. Comfy mattresses were appreciated and even the sofa bed was comfortable.
We used all the amenities: pool, gym, laundry, and breakfast. The breakfast room offered a good variety and staff were very attentive in keeping the dishes full. It can get busy but there are ample places to sit to have a relaxing breakfast. My only grumble is that we had bacon only for one out of the five nights, the remainder being pressed pork things. It is nice to have the pool and gym side by side with a large window overlooking each other. In the pool area, an outside area is available for visiting and enjoying the sun. There even is a basketball court. On the weekend was a minor hockey tournament, so the pool and breakfast was busy but no problems with hallway or room noise at night or early morning. We would stay here again.

lots of parking is an asset for guests with a car, this is a problem with other hotels in Richmond, and impossible or too expensive in downtown Vancouver.

Stayed for two nights at end of three week visit to Canada. Quiet situation with excellent shuttle service to airport that can be used to access Skytrain for transport to downtown Vancouver.
Large new comfortable suite with fridge/freezer microwave pots and pans etc. Could easily self cater for a few days.
Staff very helpful, explaining public transport, providing change for buses etc. A little short on reception staff when we checked in but they worked hard to efficiently clear the short queue.
Bill provided by early morning so easy to check it (and raise queries if needed-we didn't) before going to check out. I really liked that as it is irritating to find something wrong after checkout.
