Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Buisness Stay As a frequent business traveler I found this hotel above average for a typical hotel. Clean rooms and quiet at night, for the time I was there. Mostly seemed to be others traveling for business or work through the week. The difference was the front desk staff, always friendly, nice, polite, and welcoming. Staff helped with selection local restaurants and helpful with travel destinations throughout Cincinnati. Breakfast was out early and always adequately stocked. Coffee was always hot and available. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT STAFF We stay here anytime we're in the area. It is very clean and the staff is great! They are always very friendly and helpful when we've needed anything. We've found reservations are not necessary but helpful particularly if NASCAR is at Kentucky speedway - they had a room when we happened to be there on a race weekend, but, if memory serves, the price was higher. The only minor complaint we have had over the many times we've stayed there was the temp of the pool water which is generally nippy. The hot tub will warm you up though. May 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great during the week Traving for work often I visit an aray of hotels. This being a newer building the room was up to date and cozy. Wyfi was more than adequate for a hotel. Breakfast was usually out before the posted time. Always coffee out in the evening. And the staff was very polite and professional (means a lot on the road). Even emailing me a copy of my lost receipt two weeks after my stay. Highly recommended in the Southern Cinci area. May 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet comfortable room. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally. After seeing the room, I know I made a good choice with this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and updated well. Despite how busy the breakfast area was the second morning, the staff still stayed on top of things and kept it well stocked. If I need to stay in the Florence/Cincinnati area in the future, I will be sure to stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express. April 30, 2015
