Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by beware at checkin HOLIDAY INN usually a no brainer, however this time very disappointed. Bad night sleep. Rooms need updating. Night staff not very friendly. Check in was an experience. Putin room right over main entrance door heard people coming and going all night long. Had to listen to people talking all night while they were outside smoking. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Buisness Stay As a frequent business traveler I found this hotel above average for a typical hotel. Clean rooms and quiet at night, for the time I was there. Mostly seemed to be others traveling for business or work through the week. The difference was the front desk staff, always friendly, nice, polite, and welcoming. Staff helped with selection local restaurants and helpful with travel destinations throughout Cincinnati. Breakfast was out early and always adequately stocked. Coffee was always hot and available. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT STAFF We stay here anytime we're in the area. It is very clean and the staff is great! They are always very friendly and helpful when we've needed anything. We've found reservations are not necessary but helpful particularly if NASCAR is at Kentucky speedway - they had a room when we happened to be there on a race weekend, but, if memory serves, the price was higher. The only minor complaint we have had over the many times we've stayed there was the temp of the pool water which is generally nippy. The hot tub will warm you up though. May 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great during the week Traving for work often I visit an aray of hotels. This being a newer building the room was up to date and cozy. Wyfi was more than adequate for a hotel. Breakfast was usually out before the posted time. Always coffee out in the evening. And the staff was very polite and professional (means a lot on the road). Even emailing me a copy of my lost receipt two weeks after my stay. Highly recommended in the Southern Cinci area. May 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rewards Generally no problems. A lot of kid and the elevator floors were difficult to keep dry and therefore wet. I did not get my reward points or name of welcome board this time. April 30, 2015
