Lighting very dim in room, especially in bathroom. Cannot see to shave.

Having Mary check us in after a long drive was more then we could've asked for, She could tell how tired we were and had us in our room in no time at all... Thanks again Mary and to all the staff there. Oh yes the breakfast was fantastic....

Overall a very good stay. The furnace sounded like a jet engine, and the smoke alarm kept flashing a quick white light through the night which made it hard for me to sleep.
It seemed to me that this was not typical for Holiday Inn's, so I'd still recommend to others. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern.

Really enjoyed being able to stay in smoking room.
Not a fan of going outside to smoke.
Breakfast was good, hot and ready at 6:00am, staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying at this property again.

Very kind, attentive staff on initial check-in, and throughout. The room we stayed in was close to Interstate and NON STOP sounds of big trucks made sleep difficult. Great pool.

I stay over 100 nights on the road a year in various hotels and this one is really, really good for the money. The staff is courteous and nice, and the room was very comfortable. I would recommend this highly to anyone. Great job!

Lines and bed were ofvery good quality and slept well. Housekeeping very good . Room was very clean. Staff were very rhlpful and service was great.

This holiday in express is comparable to Courtyards and nicer than Marriotts. Nice, expansive, elegant rooms. Reminds me of my last trip to Italy. When my company booked the Holiday In Express, I was thinking of the Soda Machine, outside, that only had diet Orange Shasta in the machine. This was one of the nicest hotels i have been in... a real find.

I have stayed at this hotel close to a dozen nights, since it has opened. I was very impressed when they opened. However, there are a few things that have gone a little down hill, since this hotel opened. For one, in the past year alone, at least 3 of the rooms that I have stayed had a toilet that has a leaking flapper valve, meaning that the toilet runs every 5 minutes to refill the tank. This is quite annoying. However, if you simply shut-off the valve to the toilet you will not be disturbed all night by the running toilet. In addition, the last time I stayed the biscuits (for the biscuits and gravy) was so hard, the knife wouldn't even cut the biscuit. It was a solid as a brick. Overall the hotel is clean and the workers are pleasant and I will stay again, but I wish they would take a little my time to pay attention to all the details. That is what a hotel is supposed to provide.

But I had conformation # and acknowleded from resevation center
the day before the day..

We stay at alot of HI Expresses. This was by far the nicest, most beautiful!! The room had 2 king beds, a huge flatscreen tv with HD and Directv service. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!!

Clean comfort room. We were greeted at the deck by a very friendly staff. There was little noise between the rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was good it just needed some bacon.

My 16 year old daughter and I were traveling home to Michigan from Tennesse. I had intentions to make it all the way to Michigan but by 10:00 pm after 6 hours of shopping and driving, I decided last minute to stop and get a room for the night.
The stay at the Express was truely comfortable. Pillows always need more fluff at any lodging. I would stay again under the same circumstances. The surrounding area lacks any variety in eating establishments.
