Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service! I stayed at this hotel 4 times since August of this year. It is easy to get to from the interstate, and is close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and very helpful every time. I will definitely use this hotel for future stays. December 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Ridgeland The train comes at all hours. 2:20am, many loud blasts and then all quiet for the 5:00am new blasts. Difficult to sleep with far too many trains during overnight hours. Not much the Hotel could due but for the rates paid not acceptable. November 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Won't stay here anymore I stopped staying at this express over a year ago because of poor service. Thought I would give it another try this year. Both times the coffee pot In my room was missing parts to make a cup of coffee. I'll look elsewhere for lodging in the Jackson area. November 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirtier and not maintained as well as others in the chain The hotel was typical of the Express chain except that the common areas and halls were not well cleaned and maintained. The room was fine on check in. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating but the maid service did not complete their service of the room after our first night. They simply removed the used towels and there was evidence they had been there but nothing else was done. Additionally, the toliet leaked leaving water on the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The hotel felt secure and it served the purpose but for the price paid I'd look elsewhere should I go back to the area. November 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HVAC inoperable, no bottled water, etc Wall-Mounted HVAC controls non-functioning; HVAC unit controls would not operate to heat room; only one waste basket; shower curtain rod sagging so as to be non-functioning - repair efforts to same extremely messy/sloppy; no bottled water for Priority Club Members (desk clerk and manager said water would be delivered on Friday - we were there on Thursday night --NOTE: During our stay at this hotel on 10-30-2014 and no bottled water was available, we were told that the bottled water would be delivered on 10-31-2014 -- YOU THINK SOMEONE IS BEING UNTRUTHFUL!!; one lamp in room would not work; only provided 2 wash cloths -- NOTE: MAID SAID THAT WHEN MORE WASH CLOTHS WERE RECEIVED FROM LAUNDRY THAT SHE WOULD PROVIDE MORE CLOTHs TO US -- DIDN'T HAPPEN; no 2% milk available for breakfast; coffee terrible tasting; granola was lumped up in server - gotta be very old!!
