The room was spacious and clean also ... until I sat on the bed and fell backwards into a hole! The other mattress in the room was great and the other side of my mattress was fine also but MY SIDE!?!?! It was horrible. The breakfast was okay with a better variety than most hotels but the pancake maker was broken and no Mayo available. I would stay again for sure, just not in that room and I would be sure to test the mattress upon arrival. September 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff but a little dated I would recommend this property based on the staff and the location. the AC was not cooling well and the mini fridge did not work. We were in a mad rush, so I did not have time to notify the desk. I'm sure they would have helped in any way possible. September 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy refrigerator and rude staff The refrigerator in the room (300) needed to be replaced and or repaired. It made horrible noises at it recycled on and off all night. This made it difficult to relax. Breakfast bar did not have any plates available. Guests had to eat their meals out of bowls only. Staff was aware and did not seem to care. I arrived early on the morning of Sept. 7, 2015. The staff present was rude and very sarcastic. His attention was more focused on his guest that was there with him watching TV rather than taking care of me the customer. This is not the standard that I am accustomed too when staying at any Holiday Inn hotel. During my travels in the future, I will skip this hotel in Ridgeland/Jackson, MS. P.S. Staff did not recongnize me as a IHG Reward Club Member! Thank You, Loyal Concerned Customer September 9, 2015
