There was a railroad track outside my room. Three wakeups during the night due to the train horn. I will never stay here again. April 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not a good experience. when we stayed in your hotel on March 31, it was a comedy of errors. We had a suite and my sister in law had a suite. when we checked in, i told the manager that I tried to book online but it said there were no rooms available. I called the hotel direct and was able to book a room at a different rate every night. I wasn't happy. Well, he basically called me a liar. Asked for a room on the second floor and was told none were available. I wanted to be on the same floor as my sister in law. Went to our room on the third floor, walked by the bed and there was a 6" piece of metal sticking out from the bedframe covered by the bedskirt. Called maintenance and Marcus came up. Said he couldn't figure out why it was there and he couldn't get it off so he would have us moved to another room. They moved us to the second floor. (thought there were no rooms available on the second floor.) My sister in law texted me while I was in a business meeting to tell me the toilet in her room was not working. She called maintenance and Marcus told her he was up there working on that toilet the day before, so they put her in a room without and operating toilet. Told her they would have to put her in a different room. She said no, she was going to a different hotel. She contacted me from the other hotel and since they offered a breakfast and dinner buffet, I decided to move also. If the service hadn't been so bad, I would have stayed. We always stay in Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express when we travel and have stayed in this one multiple times. No more. Spoke to the might manager Philly and he was very nice, gave me 10,000 points on my reward card and did not charge me for that night. I have already contacted customer care about this and was assured it would be followed up on. I went from being a totally satisfied customer to deciding I will not stay in this hotel again. Oh, also, the pool was not open and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It was green. April 24, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Changed hotels. Did not stay Went there on spring break for the grandkids to enjoy the pool. Pool was nasty green. Toilet seat broken and taped. Floor under sink very dirty. Toilet stopped up and was told it was stopped up the day before. We had to change rooms. I changed hotels. Did not have to pay. April 7, 2015
