Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff but poor hotel quality Very friendly staff but the hotel is a quite shabby. Room was dirty with a very poor TV that only worked intermittently. Thermostat was hanging off the wall. AC system in the hallway was so loud it sounded like a jet and could be heard in the room. Lot's of conditioner but no shampoo? I'm in the Jackson area quite a bit but I will skip this hotel in the future. August 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed Bad representation of the Holiday Inn Quality, Noisy ,all the entrance was where people were allowed to smoke so you entered in smoke areas. the hall way carpets were dirty, the elevator was always dirty. There was a mildew smell in hallways. There was always a machine sitting in the entrance areas. Will not recommend or stay at this hotel again. We had a double room and one of the bed mattress had a sinking in the middle couldn't sleep in it... August 18, 2015

The staff is extremely courteous and always addresses by name and ask if there is anything I might need. I feel safe at this location and recommend it to anyone staying in the area for business or leisure. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Excellent greeting staff. I believe he was Phil. Really interested in helping guests as were his associates. Downfall was breakfast where the girl was unfriendly, wouldn't smile or exchange greetings. She was more interested in stacking the coffee creamers and watching morning TV. Motel should have a drop box for comment cards. August 16, 2015
