So I spend 4 nights here, and realize after returning home that I'd left my slippers in the hotel. I call the hotel, the guy takes my info, and says the maintenance supervisor will call me back that day. They didn't. I call back again, and they say they've found my slippers. Yay -- they are Rockports, and are very comfy! A friend goes by to pick them up. Guess what? The friend is told the slippers are lost, and that the hotel wants me to call them. Sigh.
So this time I ask to speak to the manager, and get transferred to Sandra. She assures me she'll get to the bottom of it, and will call me back. I guess she never got to the bottom of it, because after 5 days she hadn't called back. So I make one more call, and ask to speak to Sandra. Well, she's out, but the general manager [Kim] is there. The desk clerk assures me that Kim will call me back that day. 3 days later, and she hasn't.
So I give up. If talking to management doesn't get results, what will? I visit Jackson frequently, but won't be returning to this property again . . . .

The temperature in the room was not even and difficult to balance. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. You felt as though your head was going downhill. The pillows were worn out and very lumpy, My wife nor I could sleep on the bed because of the unevenness of the mattress and pillows.
