Check in was fast and easy. Had a late check out with no problem. Even the housekeeping staff were polite. August 11, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good Customer Service, Not so good hotel Our First room was on third floor..view from window was a wall, I asked to be changed rooms so we went to the 1st floor end of corridor. Room was okay, view not so good, would of been better on second floor. I wanted King bed, got 2 queens which was fine, they weren't the comfiest of beds for a newer hotel. Hotel was Clean, Staff was great that's about the only 2 things about it that was good. Pool was supposed to be heated, went in it twice, once in morning, once at night both times it was freezing. Internet kept getting lost reception, I was told it was because we were at the end of the hallway not close to the main box. They worked on it 2 days, it worked good the day before we left..go figure. The light in bathroom above sink went out two days in a row, had to get that fixed. All in all for a newer hotel and our first visit it wasn't a satisfying stay. Won't stay there again for sure. June 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Little Hotel This hotel was smaller than other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have lodged in but it was very clean and comfortable. My parents and I stayed here driving from Chicago going to Florida. The staff during my check-in was very friendly and when I told them I was a Priority Club member, I was given a bag with a water bottle, a bag of chips, and some candy. The room was rather large large with two beds, a comfy chair with ottoman, desk with chair, and fridge. It was also very clean. The hotel has a few fast food restaurants including a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and fresh. My family was very happy with our one night stay. For sure if any other trip take us to Chattanooga is not question were we going to rest for the knight. Also we recommend it to any and all our family and friends. May 25, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lumpy pillows Booked a room with points and asked for a non-smoking room. I was told there was none were available. I looked on-line and there were many rooms left. I planed on staying 2 nights and had to leave due to allergies from smoke. I thought a Platnium was treated a little different than rude. Room seamed to be clean, other than the smell. Pillows seamed old and lumpy. Breakfast was good. I love Holiday Inn Express but will never stay at this location again. April 5, 2013

We were concerned about the possible noise level at the hotel based on the number of youthful guests - HOWEVER - the room was very quiet - no noise at all. Great location right off the interstate. Reception at the desk as we entered was very cordial and welcoming and hotel was in top notch condition. April 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay! We were on a road trip from southern Florida to points north and ran out of daylight, energy, and enthusiasm for driving. On a whim, we stopped in to ask if there were any accommodations for the night. We were treated with a great big smile and taken very good care of. I would like to send my thanks to the staff for a wonderful, though short, stay and would recommend this facility to any traveling in the area. March 12, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Room and Service Upon checking in the girl at the front desk was over in breakfast area watching tv so we had to wait for her to come over. The hotel was not crowded and we are priority members but probably got the worst room in the whole hotel with the window facing a concrete wall- what a view... As we were leaving to try and find a place to eat ( which there isn't much around there) the girl at the front desk was back on the couch watching tv and thats where she stayed because she was still there when we came back from dinner also. The pool was closed with no explanation. Would not recccomend this hotel Go into Dolton instead... February 6, 2013
