I travel often and stay in Holiday Inns when and where I can. I travel to this area often and typically stay in this hotel. I've seen the trend of less than completely cleaned rooms over the past few visits at this particular hotel. Not unsanitary, but not to the level expected of a Holiday Inn Express. Gym equipment stays broken for weeks/months at a time. This particular hotel could use some attention to detail. Given the area, this is one of the better hotels available and I will continue staying here. Just be forwarned its not to the level of cleanliness seen in most other places.

This Holiday Inn was very nice, The staff was very nice, gave us her number in case we got lost, while out seeing the city. The room was clean. The breakfast was well supplied. The only problem we had was finding the hotel, was located back and didn't see at first, so missed the entrance.

Room amenities not the best and bed was to hard and uncomfortable ! Will think twice if I have to stay there again....................

Mr Ernesto runs a nice hotel that is always accomendating to the guests. Will stay here again.

Great mattress and pillows, clean, friendly staff, safe, easy to find; access to restaurants, shops and gas. Very pleasant stay.

I stay at this hotel everytime I come to Rio. This time however I was not pleased. The TV in the room only had 4 working channels, 2 were in English. I told the front desk and they called maintenance who said there was nothing they could do, and I wsa told the hotel was booked so I culd not switch rooms. I asked for the manager and ws told he would be in Sunday at 8am, Sunday there was still no manager and then I wsa told he would return Monday. I paid cash for the room however my card was still charged. Not pleased at all with this stay.
