The room size and amenties were ok. My ba
d experience was with the yellow stains on the towels and the rusted racks in the fridge. I was confused with a railroad crew staying recieving a letter to remove my boots before entering the hotel. Not to happy I would recommend to a family member.

Did not get maid service on first day and staff was gone by the time I returned and found out. Small rooms and pillows small and flat. Not what I am used to at Express. Was not offered an upgrade. Most hotels will offer or explain why one is not available,

A perfect example of why I stay less and less at HI.
Not recognized as Priority Club member. Supposed to get a bottle of water and such at check in. I had to ask for it.
I was not treated badly, i just wasn't treated at all. They make you feel like they don't care whether you stay there or not.
For $50 it would get higher ratings. For $106.00 not worth it.

Overall my experience was good, and the staff excellent. The only prevention of an overall excellent experience was the lack of freshness and cleanliness of the bathroom and linens.
The lines and towels were stained from overuse or lack of bleach in the wash. The fixtures, walls and appliances were stained from overuse of guys with dirty jobs trying to get clean.
A resolution to this would be to replace tubs and commodes when stained by oil based products, fresh paint on the walls, and replacement of linens in the inventory that are unable to wash crisp white (they should not have a tan/brown hue ofter being washed)
As a Soldier of over 25 years of service, I am used to dirt and outdoor environments, but I found I could not get completly comfortable while in this room, due to stained environment stemmed from heavy use.

We arrived in a driving rain storm without a reservation and were accommodated quickly and efficiently . We only stayed one night but everything was fine accept when we tried to call the front desk from our room there were know instructions on the phone as to how to contact the desk ? Very strange. We went to desk and reported the concern and were told a maintenance person would come up to our room in the morning. We were leaving but maybe the next guest could be helped ?

Older style room and bath configuration that has been recently updated.. certainly we would stay over again on our way south and north on 95....The staff at the desk and breakfast could not have been more polite and accommodating.

Check in first night using reward points. Got a standard room. Asked the counter person Christina if I could upgrade to a suite. She was new and struggled some with computer, but put in a lot of effort to accommodate my request. Friendly and did a good job. The suite was nice.

While staying using reward points, a wedding reception was going on. Which is fine, it wasn't supposed to last very long. Except that the room was over-filled to capacity and reception guests were running up and down the hall. When we complained, it didn't get any better. Until the police showed up finally. I guess other guests got fed up as well. Or the front desk had to do to get ahold of the situation. The room was showing alot of evidence of wear, little amounts of mildew in the bathroom, bad patch jobs. Just felt a little sub-par for other Holiday Inn Express franchises I have stayed in in the past. It was a disappointing use of my reward points. That is for sure. Hopefully, future guests will get a less worn out room and not have to deal with a rowdy wedding reception.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times and everytime we have been extremely please. The staff is fantastic! Breakfast is excellent. We will stay again as we travel up and down I95 - this has become our regular stop!

Right off 95, gas station right at the entrance, mall with a few restaurants, a Walmart about a 5 minute drive. The staff was very friendly and could not have been nicer.

We were driving south from New York, after Hurricane Sandy and did not know where to stop. We tried this Holiday Inn by chance and were delighted with our choice. The hotel. the room, the breakfast were all better than expected. The staff was very friendly and could not have been nicer. The manager that night was great, answering our questions and solving any problems. This place is a winner.

In spite of good price and location this hotel needs some improvement. During our stay the internet was out for a period of time. In the morning the juice dispencer and the toaster were not working and there did not appear to be anyone attempting a temporary alternative. Rooms on the I-95 side of the building could hear the truck noise at night. Staff were helpful when present but not jumping to please.

Everyone there was very friendly and the entire experience was excellent. The room was clean and well-kept. Everything was in it's place. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. For a last minute arrangement, got a very nice room for a good rate. Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was typical but done well and kept warm. Would recommend to anyone.
