Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Can do better No major issues with this hotel. Several small issues just added up. No really large parking spaces for a full crew cab pick up truck. Got into room after 16 hour day to take a shower and the vent didn't work which fogged up mirror and the tub did not drain well. At check out, needed to be out the door by 6:45. Breakfast opened up at 630 am (nice breakfast) but had to eat fast. I thought the bill was all set, as it was under my door. Looking at it, it stated balance due X dollars. I needed a receipt that said I paid to get reimbursed. I took it to the front desk and she told me that was correct and I'm all set. I told her if I look at something and it says: "balance due" then I still owe that amount. She told me that was not true. After 5-6 min, she did print out a new bill that stated $0.00 balance. The only somewhat negative experience was the lack of shoveled parking spaces. I know this has been an unusually snowy winter, but far too many parking spots were either completely covered, or partially covered. March 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Usually a great stay There were many loud people in the hotel, mostly children, that made it difficult for me to relax and sleep. The room was not as nice as I have experienced in the past at this hotel. The coffee maker was not clean and the couch in the room is old and very unappealing to sit in. All of my previous stays at this hotel were great. I hope that this less than great recent experience does not occur for me again. I plan to visit the hotel one weekend a month, it is a very good hotel for the price. The woman that runs the breakfast buffet is very nice and attentive to the needs of the guests. March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A repeat customer I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and plan to continue being a customer. I stay here for business. The rooms are almost always clean and comfortable, though my most recent visit could have been better. The coffee machine was not clean and appears old enough that it should be replaced. Also, the couch cushions are worn significantly, it is a very unpleasant looking piece of furniture. My most significant problem with my most recent stay was the noise level of the children in the hotel. All parents or guardians should be reminded to control the behavior of the children that are with them during their stay. March 3, 2015
