Front desk staff don't seem to support each other. Had to wait a while since front desk clerk was helping someone on the phone, although someone was sitting in the office (and could see the activity at the front desk), but didn't come out to assist. Bathroom in room not the cleanest at all....dusty shelves, and 'buildup' in the sink rims.....Water in tub drains real slow, so after a shower, you're wading in a pool of water. Spent the day away on Saturday. Returned to the room Saturday evening, and air conditioner was set at 60 degrees! FREEZING!! Rooms not soundproof - could hear everything out in the hallway.

We were traveling from Northwest Ohio to Myrtle Beach, SC...we did not reserve ahead of time, just pulled off the beaten path and found this place...front desk staff was great, gave us lots of options. Best stay we've had in a Holiday Inn Express.

Nice receptionist, but no flexibility on a Priority Member in regards to cost. We always stay at Holiday Inns or Holiday Inn Express and this one has the capability of being better in regards to food service and advertising their location. It is too far from competitors operations.
