Great place and very easy to get to my business meetings and near the freeway without being too noisy. The fitness room was nicer here than at a lot of places I stay. I enjoyed having a few options for cardio as well as a complete set of weights to use. All were in excellent condition. I would definitely stay again next time I work in the Rocklin Galleria area.

I was in the Roseville area for a conference and normally stay at IHG properties. Upon arrival at this hotel I was immediately informed that late check out would not be available. Mind you, I had not inquired, nor asked for a late check out. I found it abrupt that the first words before even a greeting was the unavailability of a late check out. Anyhow, once I received my room key, I eagerly went to my room to try to get a quick nap before the evening conference session. As I pulled the covers off the bed, I noticed a large stain and hair on the sheets. Disgusted, I called the front desk to request housekeeping to change my sheets. I was informed by the front desk (Harley) that there was no housekeeping available. I then asked if anyone can come change the sheets because they were dirty. He informed that there was no one available to do that. After a few seconds of silence (I was appalled at the lack of service and offer to remedy the situation), he said that he would bring up clean sheets for me to replace the dirty sheets myself. I said, ok.
A few minutes later Harley appeared at my door with clean sheets. He handed them to me and proceeded to walk away, but not before inviting him in to view the stain for himself. He did so, took a picture, and informed me that he would let management know. After changing the sheets (myself), it then dawned on me that if the sheets weren't changed, it was highly probable that the pillow cases weren't changed as well. I requested clean pillow cases and, once again, reiterated that I would like management to be aware of the situation.
Management never contacted me. No one from the front desk followed up with me. Due to the lack of response, the lack of cleanliness of the room - I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

I booked a one night stay at this location as I was attending a conference in the area. I have had previously satisfactory experiences with IHG properties. I was immediately greeted at check in and informed that late check out would not be available as the hotel was booked. That was fine, but found it odd that the I formation was provided before I had even asked. In fact, that information was provided before the greeting. When I entered the room, everything looked good. Well, until I pulled off the blanket to rest before the conference only to find a disgusting stain in the middle of the bed and lots of hair. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told that there was no housekeeping services available and no staff available to change my sheets. Harley, the front desk rep, did offer to bring clean sheets up that I could change for myself. He brought up a clean sheet and proceeded to walk away before I invited him in to see the stain. He came in, observed the stain, took a picture on his phone, and indicated that he would let the manager know. Upon realization that if my sheets weren't changed, it was very likely the pillow case and other sheets weren't changed as well, I requested fresh pillow cases and other sheets. I changed everything myself, had no time to rest before my conference, and never had a manager or other staff check in on my during my stay. The poor housekeeping services and lack of communication from management is enough for me to not recommend this property to anyone.
