Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff and good location We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, although bath room a little small. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were good and staff there was also very helpful.. My only suggestion is a toaster that actually gets hot enough to toast your bread. Metro station and restaurants are close to hotel. May 19, 2013

Recommended a nice diner you could walk to and sorted out the reservation confusion we had with with our rewards agent on the phone. I cannot say enough how helpful, and fun, they were to us. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Please be aware. I was a crime victime at this hotel's parking garage. My car was broken into while parked in the garage. This hotels' outdoor parking was for retail customers, not holiday inn customers.They charged high parking fee. I did not know that parking at this hotel was not free until I was at check in because they did not disclose it upfront at reservation. The police officer whom I filed the complaint report to told me that this parking garage had been a well known place of incidents like mine. They even had an undercover officer one time because of the frequent incident at the place. This hotel's customer care after the incident has been very disappointing. Their indifference to guest's loss and issues would be a gross understatement. Please avoid this hotel from your stay and stay safe. May 13, 2013

Parking in a parking garage which did not have direct access to the hotel rooms required guests to walk in pouring rain from garage to front door of hotel was unacceptable and expensive !!! Outdoor parking was far from door and was for retail customers, not holiday inn customers !!! There is no pool of any kind, and no restaurant facilities at hotel available, other than for continental breakfast !!! Upon asking hotel front desk about restaurants....she rattled off a few that are in walking distance of hotel....I was NOT going to go walking in pouring rain after dark, after a 7 hour drive down the street to a restaurant for a meal !!!! The bathrooms in the rooms were the smallest I have ever been in for a hotel room !!! On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, room temp was changeable and easy to operate, and room rates were less expensive than most and continental breakfast was better quality than most. Fitness room was better equipped any others I have been to before; however, due to inconveniences and lack of facilities I would NEVER recomend this holiday inn express to anyone else and would NEVER stay there again !!! One other issue....hallway walls, rugs and elevators were dark, dingy, painted brown, not appealing at all !!! April 27, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the best staff ever my recent 5 day late february stay was the best due to staff concern and assistance. for me, what could go wrong DID, and for them, what they could help with they DID. Each dilemma I faced, they assisted: issues with computer, issues with initial airline bookings, issues with a late night hotel rebooking due to flight cancellation caused by inclement weather, and most of all, retrieval of jewelry left in room safe a day later. it was as if I was a "test case" undercover to see if they could handle a repertoire of calamities. Over five different staff members at various times were able to competently and with grace address my needs. Great training, great overtures of understanding and assistance, and great willingness to go above and beyond was appreciated. I initially stayed there over the past four months due to proximity to family. this month's stay will be because of ebrima, cindy, beverly, and elena who took the time to care and help when asked.
