Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff I arrived late in the night and was not able to get into the building to check-in. The front door was locked and a sign instructed to pick up a phone that was at the door. The phone was not working. The clerk was at the desk looking at me but we had to go through a couple of turns of playing with the phone before someone came out to let me get out of the sub-zero temp. The clerk struggled with the check in. Nothing was said about my club status. I stayed on a reward night but was still charged $25.00. I didn't notice the charge until 5 days later. When I called at 8:30 5 days later the phone taking the call was able to look it up and tell me there was an error but was not able to actually fix it because the person required to do this would not be in until 2:00 pm. Interesting that a business transaction could not be cleared up during normal business hours. The water was so soft in the room I was not able to get the soap to rinse off while taking a shower. The water was horrible. January 18, 2016

I have never stayed at this particular property before, but I can assure you I will again. My only frustration is the lack of connectivity to the TV, all the internal inputs are covered. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Accomodations All of the staff we met at the Roger's Holiday Inn Express was so helpful, cheerful and kind! The accommodations were great-enjoyed the pool and hot tub, very comfortable and quiet room even though it was next to the elevators. The full breakfast was a delicious spread, and the staff kept the food replenished and the area clean. Great location, too-close to shopping, restaurants, movie theater and Metro Transit. We will definitely stay again! January 2, 2016
