Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1st time stay I travel a lot and prefer to stay at a HI or HIE when I can. This place is still new. The price in the slow season was nice ($60) for a executive room. Breakfast was the same fair as other HIEs but the room was bright and cozy. The breakfast room may be a bit crowded if the place is booked. Milk, Juice, toast, egg (scrambled or omelet), meat, fruit, cereal and fresh pancakes (didn't try) from an auto-unit. Store nearby and easy access from I-94. February 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Oh so loud! I'm a platinum member, no room upgrade here and hotel was not full. Gave me a room next to elevator which also had a door access to the room next to me which was also occupied. Elevator, guest, and neighbor noise all night long. Kids were running the hallways, very loud. Turns out there were families staying for hockey tournaments and they put me in a room right next to them. It was a miserable night. January 8, 2014

My family was very happy with our stay in Rogers, Mn.The staff was very courteous and friendly and anything we needed they would assist in meeting our needs. Also, we were suprised the guest staying in the hotel was friendly. Breakfast was well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A couple of suggestions to make the room better: Install coat hangers in the room to hang your coats. It keeps them off the floor or table. Especially with a family and in the winter time. Also recommend installing another towel hanger by the shower for east access for toweling off from the shower. We like to thank the staff for a memorable stay and vacation in Minnesota. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay on the first floor if there's an event in the banquet hall. This might have been an isolated incident but we stayed on the first floor across from the banquet hall, & right next to the public bathrooms. There was a holiday party going on in the banquet hall & it was very loud. People were talking in the hall & going in & out of the bathrooms. My wife called the front desk at 10:30 pm to complain about the noise & they said they were cleaning up, noise continued till about midnight. Then woke up again to loud music at around 3:00 am & called again to complain, but couldn't tell if the music was from the banquet hall or next door room. We would've requested a different room but had a sick kid with who fell asleep & didn't want to wake him to change rooms. When we checked out we did receive a $20 discount because of the noise. Long story short, it's a nice & clean hotel. Just don't stay on the first floor if there's something going on in the banquet hall. December 18, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cold Breakfast and hot water room was comfortable and clean. Hot Breakfast items were cold on one of the 2 days we ate there. No hot water one of the mornings and when we talked to front desk she mention we would receive some form of discount on room (which we never received). Had my toilet seat break on that same morning and informed front desk and was told it would be fix but late in the evening when we returned it was not. Emailed location manager and never heard back.
