Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 3rd time here Stayed here when touring colleges, again for PRO Day, and this time for move-in. Consistently good experience with clean and comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff. I plan on staying here whenever I'm in Rolla. My suggestions for improvement: a refrigerator in the room would be nice. There are electrical outlets near the head of the bed, but they are all already in use. August 20, 2014

My wife and I had a hair dryer issue, while using the wall mount unit, the unit burnt up and smoked really bad. We notified the front desk immediately and within 2 minutes, someone was at our room door with a replacement unit and checking in on the smoke. They immediately reported it to maintenance. The Holiday Inn Express was very convenient to the highway, the rooms were very comfortable and up to date. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good and and sufficient variety to please the family. The 2 grandsons found the swimming pool to be too cold, so this was the only drawback. August 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will absolutely return! Stopped in for one night after a very long day's drive with three children. We had a Kids' Suite and King room. My kids were thrilled, and Mom and Dad were able to relax in our own space. Rooms were both very clean, comfortable and quiet. While we make this drive a couple times a year, we typically don't stop in Rolla. We may be adjusting our drive to hit Rolla every time now! THANK YOU! August 12, 2014

Also, I stay a a lot of hotels and the person who was in charge of the breakfast area was excellent. Everything was clean, well stocked, and hot/fresh. One of the maids on my floor went out of her way to say hi and to see if I needed anything. P August 12, 2014
