Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Stopped up sink The sink was stopped up and would not drain. When I notified the front desk that morning, they seemed concerned and noted the problem. When I returned that evening, the problem had been taken care of. Good response. The breakfeast is average and they don't open until 6:30, so if you work and have an early start, then forget about breakfeast. Most hotels I stay in open their breakfest at 6:00. January 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Winter Stay We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the front side is exposed to all the Interstate noise. This time we stayed on the back side of the hotel, and the room was extremely cold. Even though the windows were cold, turning up the heater seem to make no difference, and there were no additional blankets in the room to compensate for the cold. Unfortunately I had to sleep with my clothes on to stay warm. In addition, kids were allowed to run in the hallways and on the stairs creating a lot of noise. On the bright side the room was clean, but the shower pressure was poor. There are not a lot of different level accommodations in the area, but we will be choosing a different location to stay in the future. January 14, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Quick Stay Visiting town for a family gathering. Breakfast ended earlier than anticipated/typical (9:30 am, admittedly we should have double-checked) and wish there were more gluten-free options. However for people without allergies, breakfast would be pretty good. And the staff was very accommodating when we arrived just as they were starting to clean up - letting us grab our breakfast and taking the things we weren't eating first. The best part was the pool - perfectly warm!! What a very pleasant surprise!! Used to pools being too cold, even during summer - but in the middle of winter, even, this was perfect for family swimming! Also appreciate that the hotel let us check out an hour late so the kiddos could enjoy the pool a bit longer. January 2, 2015
