Being that we have customers all around the city, the location is centrally located to be within a reasonable drive to any particular one. Great choice of restaurants are close by as well. Here you will feel as though you are a valued guest and for frequent or exteneded stays this propoerty will take great care of your needs. This hotel is very convenient to major freeways and the value relative to other Holiday Inns or Holiday Inn Expresses is far better than most. I have selected this hotel for several years on my business travels as they have what it takes to make being on the road feel a little bit better! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and Amenities I stayed at this property for 4 nights. The welcome package upon check in was also the nicest that I have received. I was upgraded to a larger room free of charge, it was a very nice room. Also it seemed that there was a guest reception every evening from 5-7pm this was very nice as well. The hotel is located 5 to 10 minutes from the Woodfield Mall, which is a nice place to go in the evening to walk around. The staff was very helpful in dinner recommendations and places to go and see. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. One personal touch I like is that the lights are already on upon entering your room. There are many hotels in the Schaumburg area and I chose this one for our stay based on our experience at the last Holiday Inn Express. I am happy to say the hotel was very nice. The decor is very tasteful, the rooms are large and clean and the beds are very comfortable. This hotel is an excellent value! November 21, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value The check in was fast and efficient. This was my second stay at this property and each time I was greeted promptly by the receptionist. He recorgnized the Priority Club status and my room preferences. Even better he provided a room to macth them Both stays the room was large, clean , well maintained. Large batchroom with a full set of toiletries, vs other HI properties that have some reduced versions..Once again.very clean. The only compliant I have, and unfortunately I have it will many hotels is the noise from the heating system. In the rooms that I had it was somewhat loud; not uncommon for hotel rooms in general unfortunately. Overall a good stay, I woudl recommend this property November 19, 2012

When my friend and I had forgotten our toothpaste, my friend called the desk and was told that they had a some on hand. So we were able to clean our teeth! :) The best part was that they gave us a few extra things as well! (Hot cocoa packets, toothbrushes, extra cups for the hot cocoa) I was very pleased with their generosity. The hotel room was very affordable at a good price for my group (of four). Also the room was very comfortable and pleasing! My group of friends and I had a great night! The main reason staying there was for the Deafnation Expo! Originally had tried a different hotel and a couple others to check availability , no luck until I found this hotel! This hotel was a huge blessing and more! November 19, 2012
