This was a pleasant visit. Room always clean, great breakfast selection varied - hot was hot, cold food was cold.
Bed was comfy, wireless worked flawlessly, and was within walking distance to the office area I needed to reach. Centrally located to many shopping/dining choices.
Will stay here again, and if planning a family trip to Chicago area - would definitely stay here too!
Only drawback (and it applies to all the buildings in that area) - was tricky driving/finding access points to the hotel.
Looking forward to my next stay!

Our room 528 had an old tv which had broken buttons. That looked so bad, looked like we were on a red roof inn. The room space was ok but definitely need new furniture.

Everything at this HI Express met my needs. it is a newer hotel which helped with the overall appearance, style and cleanliness. I was satisfied with everything. No complaints.

Great location and great value. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Would stay there anytime visiting that area of Chicagp.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel while in Schaumburg for training. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made everything easy for me. I was able to get room service from the Holiday Inn next door one night and that way very nice. The hotel shuttle is also great. They took me to and from my training each day and out to the mall and restaurants in the evenings. They were easy to call, very flexible, and didn't usually take too long to pick me up.
My only con would be that, besides the Holiday Inn restaurant, there isn't anything close enough to walk to for eating or shopping.

I travel worldwide for business and this is the best Holiday Inn Express that I have every stayed at during my travels. Rooms are in very good shape, with comfortable beds. Mon-Thurs there is a Managers Reception with complimentary food and drinks which you do not find at many HIE's. As a Platinum member they also had some very nice snacks/gifts waiting for me in my room. I would recommend this location to any traveler looking to stay in the area. Very convient to many local companies and at night the restaurant choices are endless.

My husband and I visited recently on a his business trip. We thororghly enjoyed out stay at your inn. The room and hotel were updated, attractive and clean! We would stay there again for sure! Hotel was conveniently located to the interstate and everything! So nice to have breakfast offered as well! As Priority Club members, we even got a fun little welcome basket of snacks!

I have stayed at several other hotels. This by far is the quietest. It is clean and the staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and hall ways are nice and quiet.
Breakfast is good too.

We ended up at this hotel kind of because there wasn't much else available, and I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised. There was a group of 8 of us requiring 4 rooms and everyone was pleased. There was a happy hour every day with free beer, it was clean, and they even shipped a jacket to me that I left in the closet. Yes I would recommend it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They had to make special accommodations for us last minute, retrieve a missing article of clothing, and assist us through multiple room changes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds and shower were great. Although I had extensive issues with the booking people by calling the toll-free number, call the front desk to make your reservation and you will be taken care of.

I was delighted to find the bed so comfortable! A nice touch was that the pillows were labeled "hard" and "soft" - the terms embroidered into the pillow cases.
The staff were quite welcoming and went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay.

The room was humid. We do think that lack of fan within the bathroom and shower caused the humidity within the room. It is imperative to have a fan in the bathroom and a fan in the bedroom be mounted. It is also important to know that not everyone is short. The shower cap is too low inside above the bathtub. The mattress was too old. The springs were not strong. The bed was uncomfortable.

I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn properties over the years and my experience staying here was the best ever. The staff was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean, neat and had a really nice appearance at a very affordable price. If I ever need to stay any where in the Chicago area again, I will go out of my way to stay at this one.
