Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay May 8-2016 Overall was a good experience. Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and friendly. My only suggestion would be to be more flexible with your airport shuttle service on a non-busy day like when we arrived (for example Sunday May 8th-2016). The hotel staff and shuttle could have been more accommodating. Other than that, will definitely visit again. May 19, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Third time with issues After coming to this hotel twice before and having issues with hot water and not working at all my TV for the entire stay, I come back because its the only choice my company gives me. This time I arrive at the hotel at 12:30am thinking I will get some rest before going to work at 7am. After unpacking and taken a shower I go to the air conditioning to turn it on and "Guess what?" "IT DOES NOT WORK". At 1:20am my air coditioning did not work. I called the front desk and told me for the third time in a row "WE ARE HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES". For a month this hotel that bares the "Holiday Inn Flag" had technical issues. They sent maintanance to fix the air conditioning at 2:05am. And 10 minutes later the technitian says it can't be fixed. At this time I said to myself that this issue had to be sent to IHG which I did. Finally, After changing my room I was resting at 3:40am. Did not get any sleep not rest that night. Recommendation: when making a reservation at this hotel tell them to check your room before your arrival and write down the name of the person taking the reservation. Hopefully my next stay will not have any "Technical Issues" May 15, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Free Shuttle to the Airport I was impressed with the fact that this hotel shuttled to the airport . The front lobby is nice and newly renovated, as it the eating area with tables and chairs. Rooms are worn and need renovation and updating. The bed was average, as were the quality of the sheets and towels. The pillow options are firm or soft which is better than most chain hotels. The staff was friendly, with the exception of the girls working the breakfast, they were both standoffish and aloof. May 7, 2016
