Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor The breakfast was poor and the breakfast area was not well taken care of. The trashcan in the breakfast room was overflowing with trash, with trash on the can itself. My room blind couldn't close. Reported to the front desk and showed her my room at night. I was advised by front desk to use a pin to hold the blinds together to avoid being seen from outside. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Cordial Greeting from a Great Clerk Upon arriving and parking in the lot of the hotelaround 6:00pm I entered the main lobby where I was greeted very cordiallyby the clerk on duty. I presented my reservation letter along with my driver license and credit card. She pulled up my reservation and referred to me as Mr...... She asked if I was a government employee and I replied that I was . She requested that I show my Government ID. I was presented with a form to complete(I assumed this was standard protocol). She pointed out the areas on the form that I was to complete. After these formalities were completed, the clerk presented me with my room key, indicated what the internet access passcode was and directed me to the elevator. I asked for directions to my destination for the next day and she provided very specific information to me. My stay from this experience was one that afforded me rest, peace of mind and relaxation. The room was clean, comfortable and secure and the breakfast was great! March 30, 2015
