Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good hotel, recommend this location to stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed and linen were very comfortable. Amenities and bathroom were clean and good. Only slight negative, and this is true with all hotels that have these types of units, is the temperature control on the AC unit is a bit hard to control. However the cooling was very good, no issue with it being too hot, just a little hard to get the right comfort and cycle time of the fan. Very good hotel, will definitely stay again on next business trip to the area. June 10, 2016

I have stayed at this property many times over the years and this is the first time I have had a complaint of any sort so I hope it was just a one off experience- the staff was harried and ignored request made on my reservation and also in person when I checked in- bath tub area was moldy looking please bring this property back to the state it has been in the past - May 24, 2016

Beds very comfortable with nice linens and great pillows - cool to have choice for personal preference with pillow cases marked soft or firm. Liked cubbies in bathroom to store towels as well as an area to store toiletries off counter. A minor complaint is that it was difficult to get shampoo and conditioner to come out of those little courtesy bottles provided. I requested additional hangars and they were provided. I would recommend that more hangars be available initially when a stay is longer than overnight. Megan from Housekeeping was very helpful in that she took the initiative to check the dates of my stay for me instead of telling me to check at the Front Desk. Note for your Housekeeping staff: Even though I left my towels hanging up to reuse, they were removed each day. I was with a group and others in my party said the same thing happened to them - so much for saving on washing! Front Desk staff and Housekeeping staff were all consistently responsive with a very nice attitude - good job everyone! May 12, 2016
