A little Oasis in a Rome Suberb, very convenient to the Station direct line from Airport. Very good local restaurant 5 min walk. Woul;d recommend and use this hotel again

We had a nice time in the hotel, staff really friendly and willing to support, the hotel is close to train, subway and bus station but at first sight, the area looks not so nice

This is truly an ideal location for anyone going to Rome. It is conveniently located on the train line from FCO airport (cost 8.50 euro). It is also located next to public transportation to get to central Rome. We took the bus and in 15 minutes we were at the Coliseum.
I cannot say enough good things about the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Gisella, Romina and Adriano were simply wonderful. They made sure our transportation to and from Civitavecchia was scheduled perfectly.
The rooms are comfortable, well lighted and spacious. This is a hotel I will gladly recommend to anyone coming to Rome.

300 metres from Tuscolano Train Station so 8 euro train fare from the airport. 600 metres from Portelongo metro with trains about every 5 minutes to anywhere you want to see, fares currently 1.50 euro for 100 minutes travel.
Good breakfast choices, initially no kettle etc in room but we asked for one and delivered no probs. Nice bar if you want something in evenings

We have stayed in this hotel three times, every time stayed for 5 to 7 days since 2011 before or after our cruise trips. The room and bathroom were good except our first stay, the room was tiny and the sliding shower door was broken at our first stay in 2011.
The following comments of our latest stay in January 2013:-
Uncomfortable atmosphere at the room during Winter, the air-condition was only provided the warm / heat air, felt very uncomfortable, even we turn-off, unless open the window / the door of balcony, however, too much noise from the railway and not safe because all balconies can be accessed through. We could not sleep well these few days, finally, my husband got a cold and fever, need to stay at bed whole day for the last two days. This is the main problem that we will not consider to stay at this hotel in Winter. Hope it can be improved.
Breakfast was good with hot and cold more choice, however, the Coffee not as good as previous. The waitress always forgot the yogurt during our 5 days breakfast but she added if asked her and she was nice.
Housekeeper did not clean up our room one day, we make sure we had removed the tag "DO NOT DISTURB" to inside the room when we left at 11:00am that morning. We were surprise NO clean up the room and changed the dirty towels when we came back at 8:00pm on January 26th, 2013. We went down to report to the front desk then sent a staff to clean up immediately. Thanks.
Furthermore, we want to know the bed sheets whether not be changed even we stay a week ? We found the dirty spot (around 5 inches x 2 inches) on one of the bed sheets, the housekeeper only reversed and turn the other way round the bed sheet not changed the clean one during our stay. We agree that environmental protection but the stains were not made by us , cleaning ineffective.
Finally, we do not understand why the coffee machine was not provided in room, we need to request and wait for 45 minutes every stay.
Overall, this hotel is a clean and located in safe location next to train station, easy to get to cruise port and airport.

We have stayed at this hotel before and if anything it has gotten better. Nice, safe neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to the Metro and St. John in Laterano is nearby.

The staff is very welcoming. I appreciated the cleanliness of rooms and bathroom.
I liked the balcony bring down but I did not really take advantage of it in winter

aber auch nicht mehr. Sauber und erfüllt den Zweck für einen Städtetrip. Mitgliedervorteile: WLAN-Code verfällt am Ende des Tages und Zugang muss täglich neu verlangt werden.
Beschränktes Frühstücksbuffet-Angebot.
Leider etwas abgelegen am anderen Ende der Stadt, mit Taxi vom Flughafen her eine gute Stunde Fahrt (Verkehr!!).
Sonntags fallen regelmässig die Züge an den Flughafen aus, trotz bekanntem Problem wird man im Hotel von dieser Tatsache nicht informiert.
Würde ich empfehlen für anspruchslose Reisende, da Zweck einer sauberen Übernachtung durchaus erfüllt wird.

I have traveled around the world and i have no hesitations to say that the customer service level of this hotel is way too low.
The staff is very rude and does not know the meaning of "customer service" or "customer satisfaction".

The staff at this hotel were not really polite. The room airconditioner did not work we were told this is because in Rome no airconditioners are allowed to be used for 1 month due to global warming issues. Why were we not told of this when we booked or when we checked in? The Holiday Inn brand will not profit from having this hotel in their stable.

Nettes Hotel mit annehmbahren Zimmer. Frühstück ist gut. 5 min. zur Bahn, oder ca.15 min. zur U-Bahn. Nur die Gegend, reines Wohnviertel. Für ein Kutztrip in Rom, ca. 3 Tage, ok.
Priority Card hat hier keine anwendung, da einheits Zimmer.

大家都知道罗马的酒店肯定不便宜,但是考虑到对holidayinn的充分信任还是选择了这家。入住以后发现首先离火车站太远,其次离地铁站也不近...员工的服务怎么说呢,无功无过,不过男员工都不是很有耐心,问一些交通信息,两男人前后不过差10分钟,答案就不同了。
