I stayed for a week on business. The refrigerator/microwave in the room was nice and is something I wish the rest of the HI EX locations would adopt. The only bad experience I had while staying is the breakfast. The cheese omelttes were burned every time they were on the bar and the biscuits were little rocks. The gravy couldn't soften them enough to be eaten. Fortunately there are other food options nearby.

This was an overnight stay to facilitate an early AM flight from Detroit Metro Airport. The stay exceeded our expectations and the offer for eight days of free parking at Qwik Park was outstanding. Also was able to walk next door for a very good evening meal.

I could definetly tell this was a make over of an existing building. The rooms were not that good or very sound proof. The staff was up to Holiday Inn standards and the breakfast area large and well stocked. Based on cost and other Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at I cannot give this one a very good recommendation.

When I arrive late to the hotel after a long day flying and driving, i just spect a smile and kind attention from the front desk people.
The guy who attends me, shows an attitude like if he hates his job, he never gives me a greeting welcome, just ask for may way of payment, print the reception sheet, ask me for sing it, he never look me to my face.
I lost the envelope where is the wifi, and call to reception for the code, and the same guy, say in bad way the code.

always a great stay. with so many choices available in the detroit metro airport area i have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I arrived to find that my reservation was mistakenly made for the following day. Altered, because I was with a group that had set the wrong date, even though I booked myself for the correct dates. I was given a room and my situation was rectified. My room was large and had a convenient roll out table, sectional and ottoman. This made it a great place to gather with others in the group. Front desk staff were helpful and allowed our larger group to gather in the breakfast area in the evenings.
