Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Worst breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in. Milk was sour, biscuits like rocks. I have mentioned this before to the management but nothing changes. I will not go back. June 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant staff Room was adequate. A number of things show the hotel to be tired or in need of attention: 1. Breakfast area is small with very limited seated area. 2. Refrigerator in room was noisy and failed to work. I unplugged it so I could sleep. 3. Carpet is in need of being replaced in the room. This hotel needs some hard goods upgrades before it gets away from them. May 28, 2013

From the front desk to the housekeeping personnel. I have a few more trips to the Los Angeles área planned and I will be staying at this hotel again !!! May 20, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WK Highly Recommend This Hotel !! Great staff and they are very knowledgeable of the area and are second to none out of the many hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is located real close to the Montebello Mall, a really good restaurant called Charlie Browns (which you get priority points for eating there) All in all I travel on a week to week basis and I am a platinum member and can say very happy with this hotel. I keep coming back to this hotel when I'm in the area. Also I like to stay in shape and you get a free member ship to a awesome gym. The gym is called UFC GYM and is about 5-10 minute drive away. It is huge gym and one of the best I have ever been to. Words doesn't do this hotel justice on how good of a stay I have had. Hopefully Holiday Inn can recognize the staff and this hotel for the great services they provide. WK April 13, 2013
