I enjoyed my stay here. Easy to get to, and much less pricey than staying in LA itself. I would stay here again.

This hotel was in a good location to get to Universal Studios, Hollywood, and shopping. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Good recognition of the Priority club members.

Great staff and they are very knowledgeable of the area and are second to none out of the many hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is located real close to the Montebello Mall, a really good restaurant called Charlie Browns (which you get priority points for eating there) All in all I travel on a week to week basis and I am a platinum member and can say very happy with this hotel. I keep coming back to this hotel when I'm in the area. Also I like to stay in shape and you get a free member ship to a awesome gym. The gym is called UFC GYM and is about 5-10 minute drive away. It is huge gym and one of the best I have ever been to. Words doesn't do this hotel justice on how good of a stay I have had. Hopefully Holiday Inn can recognize the staff and this hotel for the great services they provide.

Staying at Holiday Inn Express just to get away and relax. Ashley gives the best customer service. She always calls me by name and goes out of her way.

Our stay at this property has been nothing but excellent. Accomodations are very comfortable, very clean. Saff aim to please always going over and above.
I would highly recommend this property!

The condition of this property is so old and run down that it does not meet any expectation on any level for a Holiday Inn. The carpet in the room was dirty and the a/c in the room did not work. The breakfast offering in the morning was unmonitored and poor quality. The rates for the room are very over-priced for what you get. The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very friendly but that isn't enough to ever have me return. Very disappointed!

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, but room has a funny old smell and the lighting needs overhaul. Staff has always been nice and Helpful.

I stay at plenty of hotels for business throughout the year.
This property has a team of people that work hard at making my stay comfortable, every time.
I'll continue to utilize this property whenever feasible and would recommend it to anyone.
