Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WK Highly Recommend This Hotel !! Great staff and they are very knowledgeable of the area and are second to none out of the many hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is located real close to the Montebello Mall, a really good restaurant called Charlie Browns (which you get priority points for eating there) All in all I travel on a week to week basis and I am a platinum member and can say very happy with this hotel. I keep coming back to this hotel when I'm in the area. Also I like to stay in shape and you get a free member ship to a awesome gym. The gym is called UFC GYM and is about 5-10 minute drive away. It is huge gym and one of the best I have ever been to. Words doesn't do this hotel justice on how good of a stay I have had. Hopefully Holiday Inn can recognize the staff and this hotel for the great services they provide. WK April 13, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Experience The condition of this property is so old and run down that it does not meet any expectation on any level for a Holiday Inn. The carpet in the room was dirty and the a/c in the room did not work. The breakfast offering in the morning was unmonitored and poor quality. The rates for the room are very over-priced for what you get. The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very friendly but that isn't enough to ever have me return. Very disappointed!
