Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nobody at front counter All was good about my stay, except for two things. First, there was nobody at the counter when I arrived. I had to call out for someone several times, but nobody came. Then I went to the dining area, and a worker was in there. Second, I could not shut off the heating/ac fan in the room, so I had to listen to that noise all night. If I have occasion to stay again, I will ask at checkin how to turn off the fan. May 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An all around great hotel! Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and there is nothing I can say negative about our visit to this hotel. The parking was great, our interaction with the front desk and ease of check in was great. We also were very pleased when we got to our room and the cleanliness and temperature of the room were perfect. The next morning the breakfast buffet more than exceeded what we were expecting. The Roseville location upheld the standards and met my expectations. I had a great stay and would hope to make reservations there again should I need to remain over night in the area. May 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very accommodating Thank you to Ruth at the front desk for saving the day when my reservation was made for only one night instead of the very important 2 nights. She made room for me and even upgraded my room because of the inconvenience. I was about to book elsewhere (even though I knew the area was packed on the dates in question) but am so glad I didn't leave it at what the corporate number could do to work things out when I encountered issues. Ruth and Marcus were exceptional, allowing early check-in and late check-out and just overall being wonderful. I will stay again next year and recommend for anyone in the area! May 6, 2015
