Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best stay we've had There was no recognition of us being an IHG Club member when we arrived & checked in. There was no information given about breakfast... We were assigned a room with a door to an adjoining room. We were up all night due to noise from the ladies staying in the adjoining room. The door between the rooms could use something to reduce the sound coming in. Our room/bathroom were in need of a remodel. Our bathroom was dingy. We were in room #219. The only reason we chose The Holiday Inn Express over the BRAND NEW Holiday Inn in Roswell was the complimentary breakfast. Next time we'll go for the Holiday Inn. February 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Upgrade I stay in either Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express quite often for my work. I don't usually write reviews, but after this stay I felt I should. I had reserved a King Bed Leisure Room, but when I arrived I discovered that they had given me a free upgrade to the "Presidential Suite". The room was huge, and extremely comfortable. It was somewhat wasted on just the one night stay, but it was greatly appreciated. January 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Roswell I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. I may stop staying at the Roswell Location. My last few stays have been notable for the inattention of the staff, and the seeming lack of care given to business travelers. Case in point-this last stay I checked in, and mentioned while I was doing it how tired I was, and that I was checking in early to catch up on sleep. When I got to my room, I noticed a construction team was entering the adjoining room. They proceeded to use power tools for the next few hours. After about 1 hour, I went to the desk, and asked how late into the day they would be doing this, and was told that they did not know, and not to worry about it. Went back to room, and the crew continued with the power tools, and were joined by their comrades outside my window with a power saw. Also discovered that my A/C unit did not work, and regardless of what it was set on, it only blew very hot air all night. End result: No Sleep. When I mentioned the A/C at checkout, I got no eye contact, and an extremely insincere "sorry about that..." and I noted that no note, either paper or in digital media was taken, so presumably the next person who stayed in that room would suffer like I did.... Get the very strong impression, after multiple stays here that the staff spends far more time with personal visitors, and on their own business than they do on guests. Feel like they could care less about me... January 27, 2014

Pet friendly but clean and inviting, never see evidence of animal dirt or messing up. Enjoy the fresh baked cookies, cool liquid refreshment & satisfying breakfast every morning. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Well appointed and clean room. Superior Breakfast! We stayed in this facility on two occasions and found the accommodations to be outstanding in all respects. The room was complete with writing table, microwave,refrigerator, Wi-Fi, good TV selection and clean and neat. Check in/out was effortless and cordial, breakfast was superior. All persons we contacted were pleasant and very courteous. There was nothing we lacked and will return. January 3, 2014
