Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you for the hospitality! Let me start out by saying, 'I am one difficult person to please!' But, I have no complaints about my stay here. If there was something to complain about, I would find it and complain. I arrived from Wisconsin hours before check-in time. However, I was allowed into my room after a few things were straightened out for me. All the weekday staff were concerned about whether my stay was going well. The continental breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I am a germaphobe that has to clean things regardless of whether they have been cleaned or not. I didn't feel that need to clean everything in my hotel room which I always do anyway. This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations, which as most people who know me would have to admit, is nearly impossible! Next time I'm in the Austin-area, you can bet I'll stay here again! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I was met with a smile and my reservations were ready. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning, the lady in charge of breakfast area was the nicest, most efficient person I have ever met working in a hotel. I wish I had gotten her name so she could be recognized by her company.
