Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unpleasant stay Traveling with 2 young kids, knowing that we needed to stop so I booked in advance. Arrived around 9pm, noone was at the front desk. Waited a bit, the frondesk lady came back, checked me in, while talking to another customer...I guess she was multitasking. The hotel hall way, the elevator was very smelly....a mixture of mole/wet floor and smoke. So strong that my 2 years old had to close her nose the whole ride in the elevator and the walk to our room. The room was not clean!!! I could see toe nails and hair on the floor everywhere. The fridge was not cold enough for me to leave my baby milk, when to look for ice, realized that ALL ice-machines were out of order that night. The breakfast served expired yogurt, and stale/cold coffee at 8am. Very likely I won't return to this location. July 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed sheets not fresh otherwise a good visit The Holiday Inn Express hotels have always been our favorite. This is the first time we have had a bad experience. The bed sheets did not feel fresh and crisp as has always been our experience with Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was good as always! This is one of our big selling points as is the price which was good this time also! We will continue to stay at this chain's hotels unless we have another bed freshness issue. July 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Guest Room I book this property at least twice a year. Housekeeping staff needs to be retrained. One day during my stay I ask the person cleaning my room to leave when we came in so I did not judge that day. Other days of stay when we would come in housekeeping was never complete. We were well acquainted with former staff. New staff is not keeping hotel up to par. July 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Wheelchair Accessible Rooms It's not always easy to find a wheelchair accessible room but I always can at HI Express. This hotel was no different. The room was awesome and the staff was very friendly, efficient and accomodating. It's nice to know I can count on HI Express to meet my needs. June 30, 2015
