Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn Experience yet! This Holiday Inn was not only very clean, but the room was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. The best part was the staff. They were all courteous and friendly. Not only to me, but to one another as well. They spoke kindly to one another and about one another to me! Francis is the best! She went above and beyond to help me out. I will never forget her, she is truly and Angel. If I were in a position to choose my boss, I would choose someone like her. She is genuine - it's not fake and when you are staying away from home that kind of hospitality is very comforting. Thank you all!! November 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful experiencve This particular Holiday Inn Express was a remarkable property with the room laid out wonderfully with a lot of space and everything I needed. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area as a Hotel that goes beyond expectations from staff knowing my name on checkout without looking it up to having the room ready upon check-in. I cannot imagine anyone not being exceptionally pleased with this hotel. November 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay somewhere else Rooms were not clean at all. Disgusting carpet and what appeared to be blood or body fluid of some kind on the shower curtain and bathroom walls. Whole second floor had bad smells that they attempted to mask with cleaning sprays. November 9, 2014
