The room was awesome and the staff was very friendly, efficient and accomodating. It's nice to know I can count on HI Express to meet my needs. June 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by An ok stay The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Our room was not able to get internet, wifi or ethernet. The ethernet wall connection was broken. The hot/cold indicator on the bathroom sink was missing. The pancake maker in the lobby was broken. The ceiling in the stairwell was leaking. The only working ice machine was on the first floor. Nothing that really interfered with our stay, it just seemed like there was quite a bit that needed fixing. June 26, 2015

Apesar de ter reclamado para tive nenhuma solucao nas quase duas semans que permaneci no hotel. Enviei um email a gerencia que ate hoje nao tive retorno. A desconsideracao e cortesia para um cliente platinum e supreendente. Pelo visto este hotel nao nos valoriza. June 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smelly and roachy We arrived around 2pm,and instantly entering the hotel, a mildew/moldy smell greeted us. After being told our room wasn't available, we returned about 430 again greeted by the "smell". We went to our room, opened the door, the beds were unmade and we noticed personal items from other occupants. Quickly leaving, we went and received another room. The clerks were apologetic, but confused. We got to our new room, the smell seemed worse. Taking off our shoes, the floor felt damp. We did not feel comfortable to walk barefooted. If my husband had not taken his rescue inhaler, we would not have been able to stay there. The next morning when I asked my husband to go get a cola from the vending machine, he went to the first floor by the laundry mat and saw a dead roach. And to boot the machine took his money without dispersing a drink. We did get our money back for that. I cannot believe that Holiday Inn has fallen to such low graces. I am sure that not all HIE are this way, but my husband will be notifying American Express Travels who makes arrangements for his company to tell them of this experience to assure that other hotels are considered for their business trips.
