Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed with the service The room and free breakfast were a good quality. The staff was a disappointment. We arrived to find the room we reserved was given away and we were given a different type of room. I called to explain the error, and they said they were completely full and that we could talk to a manager in the morning. My husband did that and received a discount for the room, but I returned to get a forgotten item moments after my husband left the lobby only to hear the manager complaining about my spouse to another staff member. They also did not make up our room that day. This was a disappointing experience and I hope Jamaica (the manager) learns to be more courteous to other travelers. August 11, 2013

Even though we arrived a little early, the staff still allowed us to check in, which was wonderful for weary travelers. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool and sleeping in the comfortable beds. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Place to stay! This was just a wondeerful expericnece, from the time we checked in, to the time we check out. Staff was warm friendly, and if we needed something, they made sure we got it. Thank you for being pet friendly, we never go anyplace without the dog, and it was great to have a place we could keep him cool and safe, while we did our business ! I could not find anyother motels in the area that were pet friendly. The breakfast bar was wonderful, and the PM eveinging snakes were great! May 31, 2013

She politely said, "That's "ok" sir, but I will have to call you back". I gave her my number and she called within 10 minutes. I was impressed with her attitude and professionalism. Great if you could only do something about the price of gas across the interstate.............. March 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Service 1st thing is not huge but when we sign in we're used to receiving snack and a bottle of water. This time we received no water and the snack selection was very limited (Think there were only 2 selections). 2nd thing is more important and has happened several time at this location. The room was not cleaned during the day. The 1st time it happened we just said "oh well, it happens sometimes" and asked the front desk for towels. 2nd time we stayed in the room till nearly noon and just put it up to that. 3rd time (3/8 visit) we were out of the room right at 9am and didn't return till 8pm, so there was no reason room had not been cleaned. Each time we asked the front desk for fresh towels and they apologized. March 22, 2013

The room sevice was always great every thing was cleaned and towels wash towels were always plentiful. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It is ok, not great, just ok Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean room, the most important part of a hotel stay is how clean it is. The rooms were clean. Rooms were a little worn and tired. The TV operation is pretty poor, the HBO film channel sometimes works, sometimes (and mostly) doesn't work. The signal being fed to the TVs is a regular 4:3 ratio signal, but the tvs are all 16:9 widescreen. So every single channel is stretched. I'm sure this would be an easy fix in the tv distribution system at the hotel. The Wifi is poor, sometimes doesn't work. It is configured incorrectly with over lapping channels. The main wifi AP SSID can not be connected to, so have to connect to one of the _202, _232 APs atc. Wif is VERY slow. Some of the door locks don't accept the card keys easily, requiring entering the key upto a dozen times to gain access. The gym equipment is broken, the cycle foot straps are snapped off. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and Noisy The staff was very friendly but sadly that's the only positive of this review. The bathroom floor was very dirty and the bed linens smelled musty, almost like dirty feet. The overall cleanliness of this hotel was lacking. Also, I arrived at night and thought I had checked in next to an airport but then looked out the window and realized the hotel is literally on the on ramp of the highway. Anytime a semi-truck enters the highway (basically every 3 minutes) it sounds like a jumbo jet is flying overhead. Even with ear plugs, between the road noise, the noisy AC/Heat unit and the fridge turning on and off, I had a horrible night of sleep. I travel a lot for work and often stay at Holiday Inns, however I will not be staying at this specific hotel again. January 24, 2013
