Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Missed obligation I use this hotel due to its ability to house my car while I am on a business trip. As such I normally need early morning wake up calls. During this last trip I did not get the wake up call I requested and luckily woke up on my own. I know it is my responsibility to get up but at the rate you pay for this hotel a wake up call is not that much to ask for. February 10, 2013

I come up to work for the State and it is so great to be close and have all of the things that make me comfortable. The Breakfast is so good, I have everything that I eat when I am home. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel near airport Our stay there was great, except for one night when the maid forgot to re-load the toilet paper (an issue that was soon resolved). Had she remembered that one thing, the staff would have received a 5 instead of a 4 -- they were friendly, attentive and professional. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was pretty much the same as in every Holiday Inn Express (and we've stayed in a lot of them). November 28, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff I was worried about getting a good night's sleep because I had to get up at 4 am to catch a plane!! The desk manager assured me that if there was any noise I could call him and things would be taken care of! The hotel was full of young people attending a concert at the Arena so Jonathan's concern really meant a lot to me. I had a good nights' sleep, received a 4 am wake up call and made my plane with no worries!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express! November 13, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast was lacking I arrived down for breakfast with an hour left before closing and of the warm items there were 4 sausage patties left out. I waited around a bit to see if things were going to be restocked and left when it appeared they were not. Otherwise stay was brief but very nice. November 8, 2012
