Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Staff The staff at the Holiday Inn Express Sacramento Ne Cal Expo are awesome! I am greeted by name and with a big smile; they always make me feel genuinely welcome! They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I travel often, and forgot to make my reservation. When I called to make my reservation with the general number, I was informed they were sold out. I then called the hotel directly. Monique was extremely helpful, after confirming yes, they were sold out, she called around for me. At around 2:30 in the afternoon, I get a call from Monique saying there was a cancellation and there was a room available for me. It's these thoughtful, time consuming gestures that make this hotel special. It is not just limited to one employee, the whole staff is amazing. It's very obvious they take pride in themselves and the establishment. Thank you for making me feel at home! December 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel to stay at if you are in the area I stayed in the winter and was not able to use the pool. But the work out room was nice, rooms were nice, breakfast was great. Check in and out was easy. The area around the hotel is not that good. But, the hotel its self is newer and no issues. December 11, 2014

Perhaps a quick review by management would have caught the dirt in the corners of the bathroom and the debris on the carpet in the middle of the room? December 7, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Used sheets when we arrived We had used sheets on the hide a bed when we arrived when we brought it to there attn Thursday thanksgiving day they said it was too late and holiday no maid you'll have to wait till Friday for someone to fix the problem. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will return again When we arrived, we were greeted enthusiastically by Roshawn ,the front desk associate. He offered us cookies and water. He ensured that we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean. The room was updated as well as the bathroom. It had all the modern amenities you would need. Even though the freeway is close, you couldn't hear it. Also, there was a lovely complimentary breakfast downstairs. They had a wide variety of breakfast items. We will definitely stay at this specific hotel again. I'm pretty picky with hotels, and this one made the cut! November 30, 2014
