Hotel was clean and updated. Employess were very friendly and professional. I was told we were getting a suite but actually it was just a regular room that was a little bit bigger with a pull out couch. Was a little disappointed with that as we had 5 people, and had different morning wake times. It would have been nice to have a door separating the rooms. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

I have to say the overall apperence & and remodleing were great, clean & great cont. breakfast. my husband and i were there for an overnight and felt the room was comf & clean but noisy people above our room most of the night and early morning. one of the biggest dissappointments were for the rate charged we were unable to use the hot tub due to a child vomiting in it on sat eve and we were even more dissappointed that it was not usable until after checkout! Also hotel was supposed to have hbo - no such luck! staff was somewhat friendly.

Clean and convenient to airport with several restaurants surrounding. Free breakfast was OK, nothing to write about, I guess that's what we get when it's free.

This room was very nice looking. The jacquzzi was even bigger than what I had expected. The bed was also huge and comfy. They supplied plenty of pillows that ranged from soft to firm which was nice since me and my fiance both have different preferences. It was convinient having a sliding door to the pool, however it was a little loud in the morning when all the kids woke up and went to the pool. All in all the room was nice, comfy and big.

Whenever I'm in Saginaw I always choose the Holiday Inn Express. From the front desk personnel to the support staff, they go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

great place. Safe. comfortable. However, does not offer a MIlitary - Federal discount like every other Holiday Inn. I work for FED Govt -- on official orders -- will not be able to stay next time due to no discount -- above the per diem rate. That is the only down side to this hotel! Asked 3 different front desk people about it.
