Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Jackie at the front desk. She handled check in promptly. I was then greeted by Tracy who has helped me in the past. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, after a good nights sleep. All in all, an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellant staff and facilities I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making me and my family feel at home. Ginger is a great person and exceptional role model, whom other hotels should have there staff try to be like. The facilities are always in the best and cleanliness conditions. My family and I always feel at home when ever we stay here. I travel to this area a lot at least once a month. I have previously stayed at the other hotels being disappointed every time. At current, I would not even consider staying at any other hotel in the area. I would like to congratulate the Hotel and Full Staff for making me and my family feel "right at home". Thank you team. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Forget the Breakfast Tell me your on a Vacation or Buiness trip what is the last thing you want to hear withyour morning coffee. CNN blasting so if your hard of hearing you can hear it? You are a guest tring to enjoy Life, try to enjoy a cup of coffee listening to the news which is very graffic, GREAT morning enviroment just what ever guest wants to be greeted with. I have not experienced this at every Holiday Inn. If it is a Corp Policy I can only assume some Locations have a bit more COMMON SENSE! I went to Bob Evans and enjoyed a peaceful meal. Also the room heat/coll auto did not work. February 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff, Lousy Beds This is the 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel and we are always pleased with the level of service and overall experience as it relates to the staff, cleanliness and decor of the hotel. However, this is the second time that we have had a room where the bed was unbelievably hard. I prefer a firmer mattress, but this bed was so hard that I maybe got 4 or 5 hours of sleep. My wife was so uncomfortable, she split time between sleeping in the chair in the room (which is not a recliner, mind you) and the bathtub (no joke!) I love the consistency we experience at Holiday Inn hotels, the IHG rewards club and the ease of booking rooms with the app, but the next time I'm in Saginaw, I will probably look at other hotel options, simply because the beds are so terrible.
