Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and there were good choices for breakfast. I will stay there again.

I was there on a biz trip. I stayed almost 3 weeks there on the 3rd floor. It was okay during the weekdays and I was out most of the time. But it was very noisy during weekend. I had kids running and playing hockey on the hallway in front of my room. I woke up before 8AM on Sat-Sun from the loud noise and sometimes it went untill 11PM. There were tissue papers and towels left on the hallway when I went out for lunch. My colleage also had the same problem on the other floors.

I was very disappointed with the overall cleaniless of the hotel also my room was never cleaned after I left and even when I requested it upon my return. I didn't even get clean towels until I went down to the front desk. The hotel clerk adjusted my bill, but I was still very disappointed.

Spent a shopping weekend at Birch Run and Saginaw and hotel was very convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Have stayed at other hotels in the area but appreciated the renovations and cleanliness of this property. Will definintely recommend and stay again.

Beds were comfortable, pillows were marked with firmness label, and the room was clean and neat. Something we really appreciated was the thermostat on the wall marked as it should be in degrees so we could actually adjust our room to a known setpoint. As an almost new hotel should be, everything was clean and nice, but more expensive than we felt it should be for the level of room amenities. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel looks very nice, but that's where the good review ends. The pool was too cold and hot tub too hot!. The room was a bit run down and even a door fell off it's hinge on the wet bar. The hotel, late at night ran rampant with teenage kids yelling screaming and running everywhere with no supervision in sight! We had very little sleep because of them. Breakfast was sub par.The omelets they claim on the website were replaced with powdered eggs,yuck!!! They even started vacuuming before 9 am!! We will not be back to this hotel ever again!!!!!

I was working for the week in Saginaw and I stayed at this property.
I was extremely satisfied with the service and staff.
Rooms were clean, internet worked well, water pressure was great, breakfast area was clean, I was greeted as Platinum Member.
All in all it was a great trip! If I return to Saginaw this is where I will stay again.

This lcoation is about a 25 minute drive from Birch Run,and it was all that was available the weekend we chose. Good stay at this place. Breakfast is all you could want and best of all it is FREE.
Staff was very helpful.
I wouldn't recommend the roll aways, they are not very comfortable, but other than that excellent choice.

I stayed at this property for a two night weekend. The renovation has made the rooms very nice. The breakfast was very good.and there was a nice assortment of breakfast choices. The pool area was clean and inviting. The hot tub was on the hotter side, but comfortable. I rated the value as a four/five since the renovation seems to have caused the room rate price to increase. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express for any stay.

Myself and my team do work in the area on a regular basis and from day one we have never had any issues. The staff is great and the Manager ... Well all I can say for her is AWESOME! Super friendly and always with a smile. This is the only place myself and my team will stay when we're in the area.

Everything we were wanting on a weekend escape to Michigan. Nice quiet neighbourhood and close to expressway. Wish we had more time to check out the pool. Thanks for everything.

Very pleased overall! Great staff.
A bit thumpy overhead both nights. And very tight at breakfast. A busy spot.
My only real complaint? No toilet seat lid. Very awkward - always afraid towels etc. are going to fall in.

I am a frequent business traveler and this hotel is by far the best Holiday Inn Ive stayed at . The manager at this location should teach customer service company wide, she and her staff are amazing! They even recognize my vehicle and greet me by name when I arrive. Great location, just off the highway, with numerous dining options nearby. The interior is freshly renovated, the rooms are spotless, the gym is large and fully equiped and the pool area is fantastic. With everything this hotel offers its an amazing value and I highly recommend it.
