Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I had was the plumbing. There was a problem with drainage in the sink and shower. I did not bring it to the staff's attention. February 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Modern and Stylish I chose this hotel because it was close to my destination. It was not the recommended hotel by my host so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. This was a business trip and a very cold time of the year. So coming back to the cheerful room at the end of each day made a big difference. The room was super clean and the hotel staff was very friendly, making what could have been an uncomfortable trip into an enjoyable one. Only downside for me was there could have been a little more desk lighting. There is a big effort to be energy efficient so I understand why it is the way it is, it just took a little getting used to but it turned out to be satisfactory lighting. Pretty small problem. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by You can't go wrong I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels in the U.S. and that was the reason I chose this hotel. We were not disappointed on any criteria. Very clean room, very comfortable beds and pillows. The suites had a very nice living room and large bathroom with a large shower stall. Although the suite was on the highway side of the hotel (there aren't any suites on the opposite side#, the road noise was tolerable, except when the odd very noisy truck rolled by. They should have built it with the suites on the opposite side, but too late for that. The hotel was full that night #New Years Eve), but the breakfast buffet was well supplied given the 'full house'. All in all , very good value for money. Would stay there again without a blink. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Continues To Be Consistent We have stayed at this hotel many times for both business and pleasure and there are never any surprises here. Property is well maintained, staff are courteous, plenty of hot water and clean linen. The only negative side would be the scrambled eggs which they normally serve as part of the breakfast. Not sure if they are actually eggs or nuclear waste!!! January 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Expansive room I was given a room at the end of the hallway, so privacy was great and the room size was very large and comfortable. The floors were hardwood, so it was just a little chilly with bare feet. Still, it is the first place I consider when staying in St. Hyacinthe! December 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet & Clean Happy that on front to hotel this time so avoided the noise from the highway. Very very clean. Staff very friendly, There was one evening where there seemed to be a very strong cleaner or disinfectant smell, this had pretty well dissipated by the next evening. I did not say anything to staff as I thought they may suggest a different room. But otherwise nice hotel, enjoy the breakfast the the extremely friendly and professional desk staff. December 15, 2013

I stay at this hotel in St-Hyacinthe, even if I have business in Drummondville, Victoriaville, or Richmond ! It is new, clean, comfortable and holds an environmental LEEDS certification.
