Was a little disappointed with this hotel. First, there was no elevator and I was on the 2nd floor. Luckily a kind staff member saw me struggling with my bags and carried them up the stairs. Then, my room was quite warm so I attempted to turn on the air…which would not work. I was very surprised in the morning when I took my shower and there was no hot water. The shower the night before was wonderful though with great water pressure. Breakfast was fine and was happy with what was offered.

My wife and I stayed a night here to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. Almost nothing went well during our stay. Upon arrival it took 25 minutes to check-in. The lady running our check-in answered four phone calls during the process. What ever happened to first come, first served? I was left standing there waiting for her to respond to each phone call. Meanwhile my wife who is five months pregnant waited outside in a hot car.
Once in our room we were disappointed to find that the hot water for the jacuzzi would not turn on. I returned to the desk for another chat with a different person. Again, I was put on the back burner when two phone calls came in. Eventually we were moved to another room that also had a jacuzzi. The problem this time? The air conditioner did not work. Given that our stay was in May, this didn't make our stay untolerable, so we didn't complain. Sleeping at night however proved extremely difficult as this hotel is right along side an interstate highway and apparently has paper thin walls. It was terrible.
Breakfast in the morning consisted of bacon that tasted like paper, eggs that were overcooked and rubbery, pancakes from a pancake machine that produced a TERRIBLE pancake, and cinnamon rolls that were actually pretty good. No fruit options were available.
I highly recommend you find another place to stay. As for us, never again.

No elevator for a multi-story hotel. Had to reset the cable modem before I could watch TV. Wasn't welcomed as a priority club member. No salt and pepper on the tables for breakfast. Beware of the property.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jayfoto Good place to sleep, maybe not for breakfast
Don't let the area fool you and don't judge the hotel by its outward appearance. The hotel is located just off the interstate and is located in an industrial area. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. And the best thing is that the rooms have TempurPedic beds!!! But watch out because if you spend a week sleeping in those beds, you may not want to go back and sleep in your own bed.
The only negatives I had was the breakfast selections and the hotel doesn't have an elevator.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DJKing Best Beds ever
My room here had the best bed I think I've ever got to sleep on. The location is good with stuff nearby, only down fall is location to Freeway. If noise is a issue for you ask for a room opposite of Freeway side. I liked it and will be back.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Annie4568 Large rooms remodeled older motel
This Holiday Inn Express has easy access from I-15 but is in an industrial area. The rooms were clean and quiet but it doesn't measure up to the quality I usually experience in other Holiday Express Inn. Looks like an older motel that has been somewhat remolded. It was adequate for a place to stop for the night.
