great place to stay only problem the rooms on the east side are a bit noisy from the interstate. This is otherwise a great place, the staff is always nice and very helpful.

I stay in this hotel lot and the room are nice the price is right and i like it because they have smoking room also, and the breadfast is good also.

Your staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the airport shuttle drivers! This was my second stay at your hotel and I will be back! Thanks for the great customer service!
Only downside was the strong cigarette smoke smell in the hall outside my non-smoking room. :(

This property is close to the airport. They will pick you up at the curb and you are in you bed within minutes. The staff seems nice and accomodating. If you are flying into or out of Salt Lake and want to be close to the airport, but still comfortable, this hotel is a good choice. Will stay there again.

The Internet service was the worst I have seen. The speed test were less than cell phone 3G. Ping was between 700-1000ms, download was between 0.8-2.0Mbps and Upload between 0.56-1.7Mbps.
System was reset several times. Even the business center computer could not conduct a speed test because it was to slow.
The double front doors don't close most of the time causing lobby to turn cold. I'm sure a lot of energy (money) is being wasted. Problem existed for the entire time I was there.

We were so thrilled with the extra large rooms and everything was so clean. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast good, and the swimming pool and hot tub relaxing. This has got to be one of our favorite hotels!

I wrote a review the last time I stayed and said I was disappointed, well I must have hit on a bad night or something, maybe I was asleep when I checked in. I stayed again this past weekend, and it was great couldn't have been better back to my favorite hotel status. I was recognized as a priority club member (with a little gift that I missed the last time) everyone was so friendly and so helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent, very easy to get to and close to all my needs.

After a stay of more than 6 months the staff at this very clean and comfortable Hotel have provided every service at a top notch level and have become quite fond of all of them. They were always there with a smile and willingness to provide anything I needed - from housekeeping to faxes etc. Can't thank them enough. Have only had few expeiences like this in my many years of travel.
