Hotel di media qualità, per essere in messico niente da eccepire, tranne scarsa pulizia in bagno.
Non dispone di un ristorante interno e quello esterno convenzionato, a pochi metri dall'hotel offre un servizio pessimo

I have been priority member since more than 15 years and this was the first time I return to my room at night to find it just as I left it in the morning, not done. I complained and they said the maid reported could not enter the room after several times knocking ... she knocked at 8:20 and i was in the shower, I left the room at 9:00, do I have to stay there to open the door for her???
Also pool was absolutely cold.
the first room I got had a bad smell and wc was not clean.
air extraction in bathroom not working at all or very poorly.
Breakfast was good.

This hotel's front desk services were lacking the quality that other holiday Inn's have in US and Canada.
I am travelling to this location 3 more times over the next 2 months. I am considering not staying here due to my experience from April 26th to May 5th.
My only reason to return to this hotel would be to collect points on my IHG rewards card.
The rooms were great the food was good the services and organization of the front desk was less than average.
With the large quantity of hotels in this location it would be easier for me to stay else where with a shuttle service.
