Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service Vicki with sales dept and assistant manger has been great to work with. I have made many changes on a weekly basis. Vicki and her staff have been awesome. When Vicki has been gone I have talked to Rosie also. There is also some other front desk personal who have helped and been awesome. my job has been longer than expected and Vicki and staff have been great to make all the changes thanks ladies. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed. we reported and gave a cockroach that was crawling up the wall next to our T.V. We came into room after dinner, turned on light and Terry sat on end of bed to turn on TV. Saw a movement and he saw the roach. In the morning he gave it to front desk Manager. No one was around to hear conversation. As he walked away Mandy made the comment that Fox must have been on. That was upsetting to us. I told Mandy that we were customers and comments such as that were neither professional or necessary. We have had too many great stays to allow this sway us away from enjoying the comfort you offer. We do feel that Mandy needs to be reminded her respect to customers is of great importance in her front desk position and sarcasm is not. December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn, San Angelo, Texas My daughter and I came to San Angelo to visit the University 21 - 23 November 2014. Our stay at the Holiday Inn was fabulous! Ms. Vicki was on duty when we arrive late Friday night and welcomed us like we were dear friends of hers, which was refreshing after the long drive from El Paso. Ms. Vicki was most helpful with local information and directions to the University. Ms. Vicki demonstrated the true meaning of sincere excellent customer service! The room and bath was nice, cozy and clean! Ms. Donna, Housekeeping, ensured that our was room was neat and clean as it was when we arrived. All of the encounters we had with other staff members was great too! All staff presented in a kind, helpful and professional manner. The breakfast was fresh, hot and good! We will stay at the San Angelo Holiday Inn when we return to San Angelo! Thank you all for providing us a great stay! December 3, 2014
