Excellent experience with the hotel. Great facilities and great staff.
Zenter's Daughter's Restaurant needs to take note on hospitality. Staybrige Hotel in San Angelo is top notch. Don't waist your money nor time going to the "wonderful legendary" restaurant.
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Room was not very clean and looked as if it wasn't vacuumed . There was long black hair all over the place and very prevalent in the bathroom.

The staff were all awesome. I stayed for an extended period of time, and I was made to feel at home everyday. I honestly can't say enough good things about Staybridge San Antonio.

We had an awesome experience here, my son was sick and it was messy, it was late night, all the cleaning staff were gone. the asst. manager (jeff) bent over backwards for us,made us feel like family. the hotel is clean, the food was great, we even went to a beer and wine social!! (free!!) with a buffet ! we defiantly will come back here! the main manager(dave) was also awesome! the whole staff made it a great experience. you should stay here!

The staff are all friendly and so are the guests. The rooms are always clean. Only thing is some healthier choices for breakfast, but since that's generally more expensive I understand why those options may not be economically feasible. But that's it! Will stay with y'all again in the future

I travel to San Angelo twice a month and have had reservations at 80% of the hotels in town. The one that saves the day every time is the Stay bridge.. excellent rooms, amenities, and personnel. From the moment I checked in until the time I check out, they are nothing but professional and courteous. Totally recommend you stay there when you visit the San Angelo area.

From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. We were able to check in at noon and our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. My son really enjoyed the breakfast and cookies. Loved this hotel!

Just back from an 8 day stay at Staybridge San Angelo and can't say enough about the staff and hotel. Southern hospitality is alive and well on this property. My wife , daughter and I were bringing our son to ASU and choose this property because of it's proximity to the university. Thanks to the front desk staff, Rosie, Ashley , Jeff and others whos names I did not get. All were great replacing keys, recomending restaurants, extra shampoos etc. Also thanks to the manager David who took a color cardridge out of his printer so I could finish printing a document for my son's admission. As a Canadian and Torornto Blue Jay fan, I was thrilled to see one of the staff wearing a Jays ball cap deep in the heart of Texas. If there was one suggestion, pleae try to change the breakfast menu. After 8 days, the same menu was getting a little stale. Pricing has increased considerably over the past year but all hotels in San Angelo have. Overall a great experience...thanks to all, we'll be back.

very nice and comfortable, staff was friendly. The price is too high for me. My son plays baseball at Angelo state so we plan to stay 2 to 3 nights for every home game. I can't afford to stay here that often at their current prices. Again, nice play to stay if it's in your budget.

Way over priced for what they offer. Very average hotel. Front desk people not that friendly. They would rather spend time on their personnel phones texting than take care of the needs of the customer.
Only good thing was the breakfast and the social food.

This property is typical of Staybridge Suites in other locations. Certainly nothing stands out to make it special and especially not worth the price charged for the room. The price gouging that is going on in San Angelo and surrounding areas due to the oil boom is rediculious. I wasn't there for business, but to bring my mother for surgery and didn't have a company paying for my room. I was also not recognized as a IHG Rewards Elite Member. After the first night stay, there was a prize wheel to spin for Reward Members at the desk. I mentioned to the desk that it wasn't there when I checked in and was told that it was new and was not offered a chance to spin the wheel even when I checked back in later in the same day for another night. When I spoke with reservations to extend my stay, they told me there were no rooms available for the third night I requested. She told me she would tell the property to put me on a waiting list. I also called the front desk and asked to be put on the waiting list for a room and was told they would put me on the list. When I checked the next morning at the desk, I was told my name wasn't on the wait list and that there were already 4 ahead of me. And other hotels in town were calling them looking for rooms for their customers. I was very displeased with the way I was blown off by the front desk employees and made to feel that since I wasn't on business travel that I didn't' matter. I stay at IHG brand hotels whenever I travel and have never been treated like this. It was obvious that they didn't need my business and didn't care if I came back or recommended the property since they can get someone else to fill the room. I'll drive hundreds of miles not to stay at this property again.

My family and I often stay here on our visits to San Angelo. I am handicapped and require wheelchair accessibility. This hotel and staff are always very accommodating.

I have to stay at a hotel 4 days out of the week for work and leave my family. This hotel makes me feel more at home and is very clean and homey. I also have to stay in hotels for the weekend and I find myself comparing them to this hotel, and there is no comparison.
The social hour and breakfast is A+ since they have hired Josh who is excellent. As always, the front desk is excellent including: Miranda, Ashley, Morgan, Louis and Kayla. The cleaning staff is also very good, especially Suzanna and Anita, however, they all are good.
The staff has gravely improved and this hotel is Excellent!

Morgan greeted us on a first name basis as we arrived. We always enjoy staying here. Even though we are far from home employees like Morgan always make us feel like we are at home. Keep up the good work Staybridge. If there is an employee of the month award Morgan should be nominated.

I have never experienced a more pleasant group as is this facility. It is always a mistake to name names, for someone always gets unintentionally without mention. However, Josh, Miranda, Ashley, Christine, Justin, Kayla are some of the individuals that are so legitimate in their resolve on behalf of each guest and Staybridge Suites, San Angelo. My personal thanks to each and especially to those not mentioned. All of highest expectations are exceeded.

I was expecting a lot more since I was paying a LOT more!!! It smelled in the hallways. The air conditioner blew right on top of you while you were sleeping. If you stay less than 7 days it says you get no maid service......but we were bothered by the maid service asking us if we needed anything. We were also bothered by the maintenance dept. he wanted to clean the air conditioner coils while we were there. Can't they tell if someone is in the room by their computers? Then to top everything off.....we had just woke up and we were starting to pack up the maid service knocked on the door asking us if we were checking out today.....unbelievable!!! It was only 10:00 o'clock and checkout is 12:00. REDICLOUIS
