The staff was very friendly when I arrived. My room was very clean and I am very picky about that. There was only one thing that was a little disappointing. I was staying for business and need my clothes to look perfect. The iron was very small and barely heated up. I was feeling a little self conscious. Other than that everything was good. The breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. The coffee was excellent as well. It was also located in a nice area. Not a lot of through traffic. I was running late for check out and they gave me a later time and that was extremely helpful. Overall it was a very good stay.

I stay in this hotel very often. My daughter lives around the corner and this is convient when I come to visit. The staff is always helpful and sweet. I have never had a bad experience and the rooms are always very clean.

This hotel was in a great location. It was very quiet and easy to get to. The only problem was one bed was broken....sounded like a major problem in the box springs, and the other issue was that both mornings we received a 6:30 wakeup call that we did not book. Of course my hubby loved it as he is a morning person, but I was getting over the flu and was not a fan of the early disruption.

mi estancia en dicho hotel fue de 6 noches de las cuales 3 no limpiaron o asearon mi habitacion por problemas con el personal, esto produjo algo de molestia en mi familia y en mi persona ya que auqneu se reporto y la gerencia nos bonifico un 40 % de la ultima noche yo preferiria que hubiera estado siempre aseada la misma.
de ahi en adelante todo bien en el hotel.

stayed at this hotel for three nights since we arrived the reception was bad, Mr. Wise speak Spanish and understand him and did not know, we ask for help and we refused.
supposedly is a hotel where people speak English and Spanish, then lie??
paid for a suite where there was no phone, said we would put him in the morning and did not happen. The room smelled bad and the entire hotel, the beds were very bad, creaky and uncomfortable, pillows very hard all,, few towels were four people and nothing else had 2.
the restaurant was bad, the 3 days were the same breakfast.
paid for a suite thinking it would be better and it was the opposite, the payment was too much habitacion.jamas conditions return to this hotel and would recommend neither
Allow bread to go back in the room and the maid and eat or ate or shot without asking
I am a member of Priority Club and made no distinction, it seemed a mockery, I am disappointed that Holiday Inn is very good but this bad experience leaves much to be desired
should do any refund part because the truth is we try very badly and the reception seemed to be mocking the situation
hurts you can not qualify lower

Living the Dream:) Visited for the first time in San Antonio the team made me feel like a King red capret out for me . Thanks you for providing me excellent service ! The room I got is very clean, It was very quiet so I was able to rest Very nice staff members are very curteous, professional, and helpful with tips and informations about places in San Antonio ! well I can go on forever the facts I had a fantastic stay I highly recommend this hotel for those who visiting San Antonio best place to stay is Holiday Inn Express Woodstone Dr.I will be back soon Thanks to All

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights and was not impressed with the decor of the Hotel or the bath towels and bed linen as very rough not soft as other Hotels and irritated the skin, not up to Holiday Inn Express current standards.
This is a very dated Hotel and the room rate was high considering this.... having said that, the Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although we were told the Hotel was a none smoking Hotel there was a constant smell of smoke in the hallways which did not bode well for us..... we did point out to the staff but nothing was done about it so that was dissapointing too.
Would not stay at this Hotel again if in the area.

our stay was compted,there was a little misunderstanding with reservation needed double beds asked for upgrade which was given but only 1 bed, had to go back to lobby twice, front desk attendant was very polite and professional, she finally got us in a room after several attempts, she compted our stay which was great! we'll be back HOLIDAY IS # 1
