Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recommended Property Stayed at this property with family. We used our Chase Bank Reward Night. Booking was easy. Staff was courteous and effective. Room was a typical HI room with two beds and ample room to move around. Breakfast was standard HI fare. We did request a roll-away bed but all were in use. I should have requested one at time of booking so I don't fault the hotel or staff. Luggage dollies were not available at check-in or check-out. Not sure if others simply using them or if they were used and not returned. Overall this was a pleasant stay at a solid property. Would recommend this for anyone staying in the area. May 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Location great for Lackland AFB We were there to see my grandson graduate from Lackland AFB. This locations was perfect for that, we were only 20 minutes away but to go to activities downtown San Antonio it was so complicated to get there. I would recommend staying closer to downtown. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sea World Trip We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was a perfect place to stay after a long day at Sea World with 3 kids. There were no available upgrades when we checked in. There is a nice restaurant across the street where we ate dinner. The cleaning lady forgot to restock our towels after she cleaned. When we noticed we had no towels we notified the front desk and they immediately brought us our towels. May 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly We experienced several problems with the room. These included inadequate lighting, especially in the bathroom. The refrigerator door did not close well, so what we put inside was not cooled. The thermostat was difficult to work. It took a long time to figure out how to adjust it.
