Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by comfy and quiet with a little eww We visited the holiday in for a night for a birthday get away. The room was nice, a little hot since the ac had been off for a while before getting there. We settled in and relaxed and the beds were very comfortable and the floor was quiet. We ate at a local restaurant and came back for bed. When getting ready for bed my daughter pointed out some dried crusty "green things" on the wall near her bed...yes there was old boogers on the wall. Needless to say we were grossed out she refused to sleep near them. The next morning we were excited for breakfast but found it lackluster. The cinnamon rolls were cold and tasted like they came out of a vending machine. We at fruit and yogurt and checked out early. I probably won't come back to this hotel. January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay It was a comfortable stay. We just had a problem with the temperature when we arrived. We stayed during the winter, during very cold weather and they had the a/c on at 62 degrees F. Once we changed the settings and the temperature reached a comfortable point, we had no problems. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room Problems 1. No towels first morning 2. Very surprised that there is only ONLY ONE towel rack in bath and it was very small! Desk clerk said this was the same in all rooms.More racks would encourage guests to reuse towels and wash cloths and would be much neater. 3. the remote was very difficult to use . Even the repairman admitted this after he replaced one -the replacement was also difficult to use. 4. I set AC on heat but when we returned that evening , it was on cool and the temperature was 68.. I reset on heat but it NEVER GOT BACK UP TO 74 where I set it. 5. The coffee pot was not cleaned or set up for the second morning.!! 6 I didn't see any evidence that you are doing anything "green" which is important to me. 7. My son uses HIE regularily and recommended you. !! December 29, 2014
