It is important to have that smile especially from people coming from a trip or having a bad day. Second, if you're an IHG member, they'll give you like a complimentary bag that I never experienced before with any other hotels which I was a member of. Third, the room is clean. June 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One star away from a perfect stay.....BUT.... We had an almost perfect stay here. The minute you walk in you get hit with an amazing smell that is very inviting and welcoming to the hotel. One thing I will say is ALL the staff is very friendly and will go the extra step to help you out when they can. The location is just fine if you want to stay at a good hotel. The pool is amazing and relaxing. Food was good as well for the breakfast and they have a lot of choices to pick. The only downside we had was our last day the housekeeping staff was told to come back in one hour and when we returned from the day, our room was still the way it was when we had left and nothing had been taken care of. We never found out why this happened, but the GM took care of us in the end and overall we had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the San Antonio area. We will for sure be a return visitor. June 12, 2015
