Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to standards First off this hotel is difficult to find and get to especially if you are not familiar with the area. The hotel is getting dated on the inside; perhaps it's because of all the young kids that stay there during their Sea World visits. I was never greeted as an IHG member when checking in and the front desk person didn't even try to help when I asked for a new room because the heater wasn't working. Luckily a maintenance person was on sight and tried to fix it but it only blew cold air. I just happened to be staying in San Antonio on one of the coldest nights of the year for that area. I've stayed here once before and didn't really like it. For some reason I thought it would have improved. I was wrong. January 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lackland AFB Airman graduation event Slept great! Hallways were quiet so the hotel seems well insulated. Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the individual Quaker oatmeal (instead of a pot everyone dips from) and my husband (diabetic) had eggs and other healthy options for him both mornings. We both commented on how good the coffee is. Meant to ask staff the brand. Perhaps it's the water? Dinner our first night was at the Saltgrass steakhouse next door and it was also excellent and the entrees averaged $30 for us. January 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location to SW They no longer offered gluten free bagels like there was in the summer time. This made it very difficult for 2 of my 3 family members to have breakfast. When I asked the staff maintaining the breakfast she said there were a lot of changes and she had no clue and could not offer me any reason or tell me what ingredients were in the eggs to ensure safety of my family members.
