We needed a reasonable place close to the LDS temple and couldn't have been more pleased. We were received in a very friendly manner, directed to a spacious room and found it to be very clean. The breakfast was good.

Site does not offer Priority Platinum guest any amenities like water or snack unless you want to pay 2.00 for a small bottle of water. When I asked if they serve cookies they said they do not do that either. When I asked what they did offer upper level members I was told "A comfortable bed and a breakfast" and that was it. Person was not rude just to "Matter of Fact" Only one business center computer worked, but no sound.

IN GENERAL ALL VERY WELL DURING MY STAY, JUST HAVE A COMMENT, REFERENT TO THE RECEPTION STAFF, WHICH BOTH SHIFT BEHAVED VERY FRIENDLY. I RECOMMEND GIVING THEM HUMAN RELATIONS COURSES.

My stay was outstanding. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The facility was beautiful, well maintained and well maincured. The housekeeping staff is to be commended for taking such good care of my room throughout my visit. The breakfast bar was excellent; fresh fruits and pastries were provided every day. This visit made this Holiday Inn Express the place to stay for me on my visits to the San Antonio area. Again, Thanks to all who make this place #1 in my book.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We had a flight out the next day and the hotel was about 10 minutes away from the airport. Our room was modern, clean and nice. We had a king size bed with a sofa bed and there was ample space in the room for two adults and 2 children. It felt spacious, not crowded. Our kids, two under the age of six, slept in the sofa bed and were comfortable. Breakfast was good and we had scrambled eggs, ham, waffles, cereal and bananas. There was coffee, milk and orange juice (maybe apple as well). We had breakfast very early and I was surprised to see a lot of business people in the breakfast room so early (right around 6:30am). We had a great experience. The room exceeded our expectations, the room price included a good breakfast and the hotel was close to the airport.

I have stayed at this HIE twice before. This time was the worst, Tub wouldn't drain. Food for breakfast was cold. Ac didn't work.

Staff was very helpful and respectful although I was a difficult guest. Travel is very unnerving in an unfamiliar area and good travel industry staff should be aware and helpful which they accomplished.

I have been on a contract that takes me all over South Texas for the last 6 months. This hotel has been my home base for most of that time and the service has been fabulous! Ashley is a God Send and a excellent example of superior customer service. She has waited after her shift has ended to make sure I have been taken care of properly. She has made it her business to take care the customers and we have discussed it amongst the other customers. I will definetly keep coming back!

On this business contract I am on, I stay at this property at the beginning and the end of my travels through South Texas.
During the first part of the contract I spent weeks at this property and the only thing I can say is FANTASTIC!!!!
Ashley is a God Send and makes starting and ending my week pleasurable. She takes really good care of the guests and she has even stayed past the end of her shift to make sure I have been satisfied with my check in. I recently had a lousy experience at another hotel and having Ashley at my "Home" property was a pleasure..
