Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and stay The room was updated and kept at a very nice and cool 64deg. The bathroom had a very nice vanity/mirror combo. There were only two issues that happened during my stay: !) The TV would take a while to change channels and sometimes get hung on a black screen and jump backwards. 2) There was a computer glitch that prevented my receipt from being printed at checkout. The staff offered to email it and i received it the next day, Overall, it was a great experience and i would highly recommend it. September 28, 2015

Unfortunately we are bad with names but it was a very nice gentlemen and my husband and I treated him to Panda Express. Not only is the staff amazing but the cleanliness is outstanding. We will be coming back next month. Thank you Holiday Inn for hiring such professional members. This is our favorite place to stay in San Antonio. September 27, 2015

Excelente servicio de las mayoría del personal; cómodas y amplias las habitaciones sin embargo en la primera habitación que nos asignaron el olor a humedad era muy molesto. Y si no es por un solo empleado de recepción que no tuvo ninguna actitud de servicio, mi estancia pudo haber sido de lo mejor. El desayuno nos gustó, estaba caliente y de buen sabor. The only concern is that the tables/chairs are not enough, as our family had to wait a while to have seat (one reason might be the holiday season, more customers). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome I was upgraded to King Suite from standard king room. The room was spacious and very clean. Everything was above expectations. We stayed in candlewood for a few days prior to coming here to use reward's night and this place does not compare to candlewood at all. Very impressed and will return when we visit again.
