Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff We spent 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Mission Bay last week and they made our visit even better because of the courteous, helpful and very gracious staff we dealt with. We needed help finding things around town and looking up options on the internet and the lobby ladies went out of their way to help us find whatever we needed. Rose, Ana, and Elisa were especially kind in helping four senior citizens in their 70's find all the information we needed. We went to the front desk several times for assistance with our sightseeing and every time one of these young ladies went out of their way to assist us. Our rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast was much better than most hotels offer and everything was very clean. We will definitely come back, thanks mostly to these helpful young ladies who made our stay much easier. Room Tip: We stayed on the third floor and it was very quiet and they have an elevator so it was easy. February 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not my favorite. Over the past four years I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties from Southern to Northern California. This was my least favorite property that I have stayed at. I walked in the room and the first thing I saw was the bathroom sink. Right by the door! The room was small and the bathroom made me claustrophobic. It was so bad that I canceled my next nights reservation. The room smelled musty and felt constantly damp, even with the air conditioner on. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I will say that the staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and understanding. February 20, 2015
