Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staf Gloria at the front desk was outstanding. She understood our needs and responded to them quickly and positively. When I inquired about letting my son leave his truck used to move him to the area in the lot overnight, there was no problem. She quickly wrote out a parking sticker for him to use. When I asked about getting a late check-out, that was no problem, even though we did not need to use the later time. She had restaurant locations readily available, advised us of the morning breakfast, and introduced us to the night desk person as she was getting off work. Accommodating those requests made our trip much easier on all of us. Having taught customer service for a major airline, Gloria exemplified quality customer service. April 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was very friendly and helpful I have stayed here many times for business and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. They have always tried to accommodate any request. Apparently they are very honest also - I accidentally left an expensive watch behind after checking out and returned at the end of the day to ask about it and it had been turned in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First visit This place is not bad at all. The facility was very clean and priced reasonably. The breakfast was excellent. Two points I did notice is that the public computer was out of order and the mattress in my room (#228) was not very supportive. This is not typical for Holiday Inn sites, but perhaps this one needs to be upgraded/exchanged (the mattress). April 8, 2015
