Queda muy cerca de la ruta del vino y el queso y de camino a Tequisquiapan. Es muy buena opción y muy recomendable. La Alberca se me hizo más para niños que para adultos y el Aire Acondicionado olía un poco a humedad. August 25, 2015

En mi Check out solicite me dieran mas tiempo para salir, no complacieron mi petición argumentando que el sistema corta a las 13:00 hrs. ojala tuvieran mas flexibilidad August 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Falta de atencion y servicio al cliente La atencion y los servicios ofrecidos ya no fueron de mi agrado, estuve hospedado 4 meses en este hotel de febrero a mayo y nunca tuve problemas de hecho la estancia fue muy agradable y nos consideraban mucho a mi y otros 2 compañeros que estaban conmigo y se hospedaron por los mismos 4 meses. Tengo entendido que hubo cambio en el personal a niveles de jefe y desde ellos viene el problema ya que parte de su personal de recepcion, seguridad, etc. son los mismos y nos reconocen, pero no pueden hacer mucho ya que reciben ordenes de estas personas quienes de hecho ni vi durante mi visita. Espero puedan atender este asunto a la brevedad ya que nosotros tenemos pendiente otra visita de 4 meses y nos gustaria seguir en visitandolos y no irnos a la competencia. Saludos August 3, 2015
