We stayed here for a wedding close-by, our designated (and upgraded) room was already taken so we got an average room, besides that, all was clean and ran smoothly.

Desafortunadamente en mi reciente hospedaje en Holiday Inn en San Juan del Rio Qro, la atencion que recibi fue pesima: el personal de Recepcion ademas de no estar adecuadamente capacitado, no tiene la minima idea de lo que es servicio.
En mis siguientes viajes por motivo de trabajo, NO ME HOSPEDARE en Holiday Inn y con seguridad no lo recomedare al personal de la empresa donde laboro

Two of the three days we were there we had not had pool towel, and we did not receive any alternate solution.
We did the reservation and payment with a credit card Vida Bancomer, so a 15% discount should be done, but, it was not recognized for the front desk, but they never say let us investigate about.

La verdad es que el hotel holiday inn express de san juan del rio es muy recomendable, las instalaciones estan completamente nuevas, y muy comodas, en verdad un buen lugar para relajarse.

The staff were excellent,friendly,always there to help or answer any questions. The assistance for dining and transportation were above the call of duty. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to all. The convience store in the lobby is a great idea.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 The worst service i ever have in a Hotel of this company
I arrive by 3.00 pm and there was no rooms available for me despite i booked many days before. They say the housekeeper will have a cleaned room for me just in 30 min. For me that was inadmissible due that I had an appointment by 4.00 pm. The fact is that i receive my room by 3.40 pm.
But the dreadful service was not finnish with that. The person in lobby told me that i have a smoking room booked and they have vacancy for those rooms but if i want it i must wait perhaps 30 minuts more.
In addition, i receive the worst room and I did not rest in the room because the gym was located exactly above of me. So all the time i hear the noises of the machines and people talking and running.
I usually receive an email after my departure from hotels of this company, but this time i did not, so i have to express my upset somewhere.
I really hate this place!
